First and only experience here. First, I didn't even get to soak my feet... one of my toes maybe made it in before she pulled them out and started doing her thing. It's Saturday and she was clearly trying to push me through as fast as possible. Second, the massage chairs are beyond horrible. They are loud and make this really terrible plastic and vibrating sound. Not relaxing at all... I turned it off a minute into the pedicure. Third, she was rough and unresponsive to anything I asked. Everything was push and shove and uncomfortable. I've never had a pedicure that actually hurt until today. Look, I don't expect luxury coming to a very basic salon in a strip mall. A basic experience would have been fine. This was not that. Pink and White Nails down the round charges a few bucks more for their pedicures but absolutely worth it. I tried this place because I had to get some groceries at Aldis and went for convenience but never again. I visited this establishment and I highly regret it! I paid $70 plus tip for a gel fill in, 2 designs and gel polish on my toes. I left and a nail broke. Sunday my GEL POLISH starts to chip...Monday same thing different nail. They are closed on Tuesdays, I came back today which is Wednesday and requested a polish change and repair. First of all the owners husband wanted to tell me how it was nothing wrong with the polish. Then I requested to get my toes done in French manicure I was willing to pay for my toes because nothing was wrong with them besides I like my toes and nails to match. Then he tells me I have to pay for the repair as I sit here getting my toes done my nail head had to be fixed 2 more times because they dry and bubble up... So $102 in less than a week on my nails and toes and I'm still not satisfied I still have bubbles and now I can see the gel brush strokes in the nail they keep fixing. Pure BS! Read Less

My husband and I were walk ins. Hubby had a gift certificate for a pedicure and I was in need of a manicure. Wanted to try gel, since I've never tried it before. The lady my husband had was nice at first but never initiated any kind of conversation with him after getting him into the chair. Only yelled at the other staff in a language we couldn't understand.  The lady I had, barely listened to anything I wanted. Threw the gel nail color palate at me, and told me to choose. When I asked about her day or tried to initiate conversation, she completely ignored me and just started talking to the other staff. She also took many breaks to make/take personal phone calls, sneeze/cough in her hand, and not wash it before returning to doing my nails, her equipment wasn't sterilized between customers, it was just stored in a filthy box. I came here 3 times and all 3 times I had a bad experience. I was recommended to this salon by a friend and I am just not impressed. I work as a Sales Manager for Men’s clothing and I can’t believe how horrible the customer service is. For starters they only have one woman who does the nail design. Which logically is unacceptable. Secondly the woman who does the designs “Tacy” is absolutely rude. I guess because she has everyone come to her only for designs it’s gotten to her head. I’m sorry but your work along with your reputation go HAND IN HAND with Customer Service. You cannot be in this business and act like you’re the last dime on this earth. Moreover how do you run a business with only one girl to do designs. Nonsense. After my last experience I am completely done. I found another salon a bit further into Riverview who also have the liners and ALL the girls know how to do beautiful design. In fact they are able to do anything you show them JUST AS good if not better. To Ms Tacy learn what true customer service is. To the owner or owners you all have a long way to learn. When we walked in, we were greeted at the door. However, there was no sign-in sheet. The lady who was giving a pedicure closest to us asked what we needed. My sister needed a fill and I needed a polish change. There were 3 ladies ahead of us who were waiting there turn. As my sister and I were conversing, two ladies came in and sat down. The three ladies ahead of us were seated. A nail tech soon checked out three ladies and immediately seated the two ladies who came in after us. What the hell? We were already waiting about 20 minutes and then we were overlooked. How rude?! My sister was eventually seated but at this point I changed my mind. I've been going to this shop for a year now. I've never had an experience that would make me not come back though. Sometimes even with an appointment I have to wait a little bit. I see the owner Tracy who is so talented and very accommodating! The pricing is better then most places I've seen. If you don't like to wait you should make an appointment as this place stays very busy! Read Less

I went in today and got a pedicure with Tina and I loved it. She was quick and efficient and also super friendly. I liked the atmosphere of the salon. It was a slow day for them because of the rain I believe, so I was greeted and moved on to a chair right after I picked my color. Next time I will definitely also get a manicure done! Read Less

I was very disappointed by this salon. Tried it for the first time and won't be coming back. I'll stick with the other 3 salons on Broadway (esp. Natural Nails) that do not upcharge $5 for filing during a manicure and another $5 for pushing my cuticles (if it wasn't so annoying it would have been comical how they kept barking another 5 here, another 5 there). I was told of the upcharges mid manicure when I had no choice and had already been quoted a different price when I came in and asked for the specific manicure and pedicure. The lady that did my nails was rude and the pedicure took 15 mins. Horrible experience but glad I tried it bc I kept thinking it was so pretty, it had to be great. I'll stick with the other salons. I got the dipping power done, which everyone was saying is so amazing, it wasn't. It chipped and the top coat started coming off after 4 days!!! That's as bad as regular nail polish... Very disappointing especially for how pricey it is. Read Less

I come here to get my pedicure, manicure and eyebrows waded. I have been coming here for years and refuse to go anywhere else. They are amazing, clean and fast. I get my pedicure done by anyone there but my eyebrows and nails I always get them done by Tacy, the owner. She is truly the best and she is always willing to do any design I want. Today I told her I wanted nails with the Colombian flag and the Puertorican flag since I'm from Puerto Rico and going to Colombia on vacation. By far the worse waxing experience I've ever had. I've been coming here for months for my nails and eyebrow waxing but yesterday was my last time at this establishment. I asked for my eyebrows to just be cleaned up as the shape was perfect and not only did she change the shape half of my right eyebrow is missing. What made this experience worse is that the owner and her husband showed no concern and suggested that I just pencil in my eyebrows until they grow back. I was a very loyal customer of theirs over many years until last month i went in for a mani pedi and one of the girls happen to say hey why dont i do a little small flower design for spring coming . i agreed and omg was the worst design ive ever seen look like something out of the 70's show.. Like a 7 year old. I expressed my opinion after trying very hard to spare her feelings ..until i couldn't bare to even look at them. I received straight attitude . crazy talk. Another ladie owners wife try to fix but because they were gel complained it was hard to fix and got a very bad attitude. Never before was i ever treated like that by them. Moral to the story great place if u never speak up the moment you dont like something u are difficult and receive the wrath of all them teaming up on you. Lpst my business for good. This used to be the only place I would go for manicures, pedicures, and waxing. Recently I have only had bad experiences since they completed their remodel. Everything got more expensive and the service got worse. I went in to do my eyebrows and the whole time the woman doing them was talking on the phone which I felt was very unprofessional and resulted in me having to fix up my eyebrows when I got home later that day. Before going on a vacation I went in for a manicure and pedicure. The man doing my manicure was so distracted by his conversation with someone else that worked there that he did a very sloppy job on my hands. While on vacation I had them redone. It didn't look smooth or professionally done. My nails were different lengths and he also cut my finger. The last time I went in I wanted a pedicure. It was Sunday and I knew there would be a wait and that they would be busy and I was willing to wait. I got there and picked my color sat in a chair and waited for 45 minutes. That was fine. The woman started on my feet and saw another customer come in who was upset about the wait and stopped working on my feet to go do this other customers pedicure. She told me it would be two minutes before another person could finish with their customer and start on me. Everyone else was still busy with their customers. I waited another half hour and asked how much longer and I was told just a few minutes. I waited another 10 minutes and got frustrated, cleaned off my feet and walked out.
