Tina did an amazing professional job on my pedicure and daughters pedicure. The design on our nails was beautiful. Tina and her staff stayed late to accommodate me and my daughter. Below average place for a pedicure, and watch out for the upsell. I don't usually mind when places try to upsell, but the nail polish was put on so thickly that it bubbled. And that's not cool. So I don't usually write reviews but I feel like I need to for this. I just had my nails done yesterday and the paint job was horrible. I asked for squared nails and I got round instead. The people who work there are extremely rude. At one point she told me to "be quiet" when inquiring about something she was doing to my nails. First time visiting today. One of the cleanest and most relaxing nail spas in JC. The prices are very reasonable and the staff was super friendly. Fanny was my nail tech. She was efficient,very thorough, and didn't skimp on the after manicure massage! My gel manicure came out very nice and the products used were of great quality, not the cheap aloe lotion and no name oils you might see at other salons. $25 for a barely basic pedicure(I've had better service at other salons) She said it was another $6 for callus remover. Over 20 years of getting pedicures and it's always been included. It was rushed through and I asked her to cut down a couple of the nails and she wasn't paying attention, started painting them I had to tell her 3 times to cut them down a little and then didn't file after they were cut. Very poor service took them forever and to top it off the guy who worked on my daughter's nails did a poor job! A lady kept checking up on him and he hurt one of my daughter's nails to were he filed it too much and it burnt her and then the nails were lumpy and to top it off it was 28$ and 2 nails fell off the next day! Been there a few times with no problems...yesterday went for fill and pedicure. I asked for cutdown on my nails which was done but they weren't measured to see if they were the same length and after filing them they were still left with rough edges. When she painted them, it was a very sloppy paint job and I had to tell her to tough them up. Next was the pedicure. This was the worst part. She proceeded to cut the dead skin off and cut my big toe so bad I was bleeding. She did the same to my third toe and well almost 24 hours later I am still in pain! First time coming here. I liked that they didn't leave my nails lumpy like other places but I didn't like that they don't know how to do the  pointy nails, "pointy". I wanted to try a new place out in the Brandon area off of Causeway Boulevard. I walked into the salon that felt like the AC was not on and the place was not elegant or fancy to say the least. I almost walked out. I requested a gel polish change on my hands and a polish change on my toes. The nail technician was such in a hurry that she cut three of my cuticles that were bleeding and the polish on my toes and on 2 of my fingers was Lumpy. It was a mediocre manicure to say the least. When I went to pay, she charged me 20.00 for gel and an additional 15.00 for a manicure i never said i wanted. She told me my total was $45. My mouth hit the floor. I was going to a high-end nail salon and normally pay $25 for a gel manicure and $8 for a toenail polish change. The woman at elegant Nail Spa told me they charge $35 because of the location and then asked me how much tip I wanted to leave. I will not return. So I was going to give this nail salon a 3, but then the spot where the nail technician cut my big toe has gotten worse and worse, and now I think it's infected. Not pleased at all. Now every time I manage to bump my toe on anything (or walk my dog) it hurts like hell. Not what I was expecting to get when I paid for the spa treatment pedicure. I visited this nail salon because they were the only salon that takes my gift card. I won't be returning. Not only did the technician cut my big toe and make it bleed during my pedicure, but she kept twisting and turning my wrist and fingers even though I kept telling her I have arthritis in my thumbs and wrist. Just not the experience I was hoping for when I paid $100 for a mani/pedi, and eyebrow wax. It was obvious that the technician was making sure I spent the whole $100 gift card, when I know the same treatment would have cost me $75-80 somewhere else. Lastly when I inquired about getting a basic facial I was told I was too old for that treatment. That it's only for young girls. I'm 40 by the way. Last experience here. I wish I would have never come here, and I will never come back. The lady I had took me right away, but took so long doing my (ok) pedi, I only had 15 min before I had to leave for an important appt. I told her and she said I'll do the mani in 10 min. 23 min later I freak because now I'm late and she's only halfway done with the shellac and can't just get up and leave. 10 minutes later she's done and I miss my appt. My nails look like crap, she was super rough with my fingers (she kept twisting them to the point of pain), AND it was overpriced. Called and made appointment for 11:30 amWas actually helped at 12:20So not happy about the wait but again, only salon open so willing to still give it a shot. After walking so much at disney and a night of drinking my recent pedicure did not hold up. We had stopped at a nearby nail salon and the wait was 30-45 and I was not a happy camper. So glad we ran into this salon. The girls are so sweet and beautiful! I opted for an organic Lavender and mint pedicure ($45) which included thick lotions, precise massage, and hot towels yum. It brought my feet back to life! The prices are a little higher but the quality seems in line with the prices. While there a potential customer declined service stating her usual salon only charges $11 while the service here would be $21. They also give massages and facials. They have a price menu at the front counter with a description of each service which is helpful in deciding which service you would like. They have atleast 7 pedicures to choose from. Read Less

I am not impressed. I went in for a manicure. The woman didn't understand me...I asked for her to round out my nails slightly because they were too sharp. Instead she made them sharper. She painted my nails so unevenly that you could still see through parts of them. It started chipping after two days. It was a waste of my money. I had Shilac on my nails and a polish change in my toes. The guy I had was amazing. He didn't talk much, but I honestly prefer that. He was very meticulous with my nails and got all skin off around the nails. I would have to say probably the best Shellac/Mani I've ever had. The polish change on my toes was great too! He filed my toe nails (which a lot don't do during polish changes) and was also meticulous with that as well!! The only reason I have it 4 stars was the total was $45! To me that's kind of expensive. Usually a polish change is $7-$10, so let's just say $10, that means $35 for Shellac. That's as much as a full set!! Will I go back, maybe! I have been coming here for years!  I love this nail spa!  The spa is always clean and spotless.  They clean and sterilize all of the instruments they use on the customers the equipment is always updated the spa chairs are fabulous. You can get a really good back and neck massage. The chairs have trays for your food, drinks, bags etched.  The ladies are friendly, attentive and professional.  The pedicure are fantastic, they have a variety of them and they ask you what type you would like and give you suggestions for what would be good for you.  All of the pedicures and manicures include hot towels and massages.   They offer you cold water as well.  They also do facials, waxes and a variety of other services.  They always make sure you leave happy and looking good!They take walk ins and appointments! 5 stars without a second guess because of the quality of the service I received here.  I was staying with a friend while in town for a wedding and she recommended that I give this place a try.  I'm so glad that I did.  I wish I knew the lady's name that I dealt with while there because in all my years of having my nails done...I've never had a more meticulous person carry out the task!  She literally made sure my nails were PERFECT.  I had the gel/shellac done and she was sure to clean up every single, tiny bit of polish that went outside of the nail bed.  Ladies...you know how important that is!  Some nail techs leave it there and don't bother to clean it off!   She made absolutely sure that she sealed  the ends of my nails so that no water could seep under the gel and cause it to come off prematurely.   She took her time...I was not rushed at all.  Same applied to my pedicure...she did a 100% PERFECT job.  When I told her that I'd never had anyone pay so much attention to detail when doing my nails she was so humbled...she thanked me and said that people always say that to her.  Well..they are telling the truth!  I know...I suck for not remembering her name :-/  Overall, the shop was nice and clean and everyone was super friendly and helpful. I went to this nail place and got a fullset of acrylics done by Tony.I paid $55. they did not last but 4 days before they lifted and started to chip. I went back and showed them and Tony the male nail tech and the manager Hanna told me that i just needed a fill thats why they looked like that... um normally you don't get a fill for at least 2 weeks. so i told them i wanted my $ back or they needed to redo them. they told me no but they would only charge me $20 to redo them! why would i give them more $ on top of the $55 i paid in the first place!? i want what i paid for the first time. This place is great! The staff are always very friendly and extremely pleasant. They put great care into what they do. They always have suggestions for you on different treatments, but are never pushy like other salons. The ultimate spa pedicure is amazing... they apply a citrus body scrub and then a peppermint/eucalyptus mask that cools, soothes, and tingles your legs and feet. It feels amazing!! I've been there for acrylics too and they always do a top notch job, even correcting other ""salons"" sub-par work. I love this place and recommend it to anyone who asks... check it out for yourself! Fadeful client every two weeks for pedicure and waxing. I've been a client here for about a year. At first I thought this salon is the most beautiful and clean spas in town. Unfortunately, today while I was getting a pedicure I had wittness an awaful, unsanitize and durty of how their staff member . One of the nail technician has just finished a pedicure next to me and quickly sprayed lysol in the chair without wipping anything or clean then add water and placed the next client in that chair. I stopped and asked the manager but she denied and responsed "" we'd cleaned the chair , I trained my girl the way I wanted them to be trained."" I never expected to get one of the best pedicures ever at this nail salon you can easily walk by. The facilities were immaculately clean, the staff spoke English and engaged you in conversation (rather than talking a different language among themselves), the products they offered were quality ...
