She asked me what I wanted to drink, what kind of music I wanted, what kind of scents I liked and of course had a wide variety of colors to choose from. This was the most relaxing nail experience I've ever had. Debra is so detailed, making sure to explain every product used and every step of the process. I got a manicure and pedicure. The hot stone massage was a favorite of mine. She also uses the scent of scrub for your hands and feet as you request. I have been going to see Debra at The Nail Room for almost three years now, she is amazing. Today while relaxing during my pedicure a thought occurred to me; If people have pedicures just so their feet look good, they are sadly missing the experience. Debra is that experience! It's hard to put into words how good Debra is and how good you feel during and after an amazing hot stone pedicure. My feet (and legs) have never felt better and of course my toes look amazing.  She is an experienced professional who knows what she's doing, my podiatrist office all love her and sing her praises. She uses healthy products and good products, not junk. Debra Ratzlaff was recommended by my podiatrist and he was right !  I have never had a better pedicure in my life (hot rock) !  Debra keeps her room, supplies and tools immaculately clean which makes me feel "safe" and cared for, a BIG plus.  Every possible need was attended to, in a truly "spa" environment.  Relaxing and therapeutic - I HIGHLY recommend both Debra and the hot rock pedicure.  Sure, it may be a bit more expensive than the usual nail salons, but as Mother always said, "you get what you pay for" and you get the BEST from Debra !  It is worth it ! ! ! !
