I Came In Today for a soak off and fresh full set. It was only 2 workers. I had one person ahead of me. They sat me down and the lady starts to drill my nails to take them off. She kept drilling and burned my finger. I told her it was ok trying to be nice so she had me soak them in acetone (what she should have done in the first place) while assisting me another lady walked in and wanted a pedicure so she told me she would be back in 15mins. She started on the lady pedicure and literally was rushing trying to finish her pedicure within 15mins. She was running around the salon trying to get things dripping water (unsanitary) from her gloves everywhere. 30mins past and I asked her how long would she be (remind you I was there first) and she told me 10 more mins which it does not take 45 for my nails to soak off. I told her I had to be done by a certain time to get my children from school! The lady that was getting her feet done told her she could come and finish assisting me. She came and started filing at my nails so hard which I told her they where my real nails and to be careful. You can tell she was rushing because between assisting me and the other lady she never sat down. She assisted us standing up!! She chipped one of my nails and blew it off as if nothing happened! She Was filing so hard so when the other nail tech was done I asked if she could finish my nails. She rudely said yes. So as the other nail tech did my nails the nails that was chipped had to be completely cut off and I had to add a fake nail. As she was drilling my nails the drill slipped and almost cut me. And when it was time to file my nails the acrylic came off the tip so she had to fix it. Now I’m running behind to get my children. When I was done I asked for a discount for the rushed job and YES I DO NOT LIKE MY NAILS! And they acted as if nothing happened and at first told me no then gave me a $5 discount. I do believe I should have gotten a better discount but was not about to go back and forth because my children had to be picked up from school and daycare.
