I have never reviewed before so this is how upset I am about my visit today. They charged me $50 bucks for a manicure/pedicure when they were so busy that I had to get my manicure in the pedicure chair. They claimed this was for MY COMFORT. I tried to explain that my back and arms hurt after this experience and the owner, or manager, did not care ONE BIT. Not to mention my nails look like garbage. Lumpy and clumps of gel that I now have to pay to get removed. I will NEVER GO BACK HERE. And these owners should be ashamed. They made the nail technician stand while doing my manicure...not anyone I would ever want to work for, or ever give money to support. Shame on you. Read Less

Terrible pedicure... Been going here 8 years... The girl kept twisting my feet, Toes, ankles, I have bad rheumatoid arthritis, she was so rough with pulling my feet, ankles, toes..... Very rough!!! I went in there to relax, to have a pedicure and I was so miserable. She didn't do half the full pedicure. Half done & didn't complete my pedicure. Rushed through it, the others that were having pedicures were there in the chairs before I got in my chair, and I was done, and the others still in the pedicure chairs getting good pedicure, when my pedicure was half done, and very rough gal twisted my ankles and pulled my toes and shoved my feet around. I wasted $35 and felt worse when usually I leave feeling better, relaxed and stress free... Bad experience for sure.....going there 8 years, never had such a terrible expensive like this.... This is by far the best place in town. I'm so glad I found this place. I've been to other nail salons in the area and they weren't as good.  I get the classic pedicure and they do an amazing job, they massage your legs and feet, plus use hot stones and then wrap your legs with hot towels. It's very soothing, it's like a spa treatment for your feet. I can't imagine what the other pedicures consist of if the classic is this wonderful! I had really high hopes for this salon. The pedicure was great, but when it came to the manicure, the nail color was expired, and the manicurist continued to paint my nails. I raised suspicions that the nail color was expired (because it was really bumpy) and the nail colorist told me that the nail color had sand in it, but I looked it up online and the nail color did not have sand in it whatsoever. So I wasted my money getting my nails painted with an expired color. I wish she would've just told me the color was no good so I could pick a new color. Really disappointed. Read Less

Lots of friendly techs on staff in a clean, relaxing, environment. The massage for the pedicure was wonderful and relaxing. The gel polish looks perfect! When I am in the area- this will be my go to place! Read Less

Very Classy Inside, Reasonable, Remodeled Appearance, Technicians are Quick & Efficient while doing a great job, etc. Ease of getting in immediately is a bonus. Only downfall is trying to turn around in parking spaces. Worth it!Read Less

We would highly recommend this place! We came in from Kentucky for a wedding and another salon (Diva nails on Cortez ave) didn't add our reservation to the schedule weeks ahead if time and turned us away with zero apologies. Perfection Nails accepted us, all 12 of us, on a sunday, last minute. They did an amazing job and everyone was so friendly, they even threw in a bottle of wine and and did the brides nails for free!
