I went in not knowing anything about this place and came out with fresh mani, pedi, AND an affordable hair trim. I was BLOWN away by the customer service, friendliness, and cleanliness of this place and will definitely be going back on a regular basis. Horrible customer service.  Got acrylic set with white tips on, the next day they were dingy yellow.  I went back and the woman shrugged and said, "next time you get color instead."  Ummm...?? There will be no next time lady! Hope my $30+ tip was worth the stellar review. Read Less

The worst.  Lady owner has no sense of how to run a customer based  business.   The man there did my mani and used a course nail file to smooth my cuticles . Ouch. and my gel mani didn't last but 2 days.  Called on friday pm and owner says comment on Monday afternoon. I got there she had no appointment for me. Told me to come back the next day at 10.  Get there at 10 no sign of any workers. 10:10  the man arrives and again has no record of me.  They suck, save your time, money and go someone else. Walked in today !  No one else was present. So When I had my fingernails extended I didn't think it was a problem. They rushed through it and kept hurting my cuticles and under the top of my nail with the drill. I jumped and they made a joke my fingers are soft and sensitive. I left with all kinds of acrylic under my nails and my underside glued to the nail. No effort to clean them up. So now I had to use nail polish remover carefully to try to relieve the pain. Left in pain with burned cuticles from their drills.  Asked for a design on my toes and while one worked on my fingers another just stuck star shapes on my toes. It looks like my 8 yr old granddaughter did it. Very messy and unprofessional. Never going there again!!!! Read Less

I've been to this place about three times now because it's close and convenient to where I live. The staff is really nice they move slower than normal but they do good work. They can do basic designs like your typical shop just don't ask for a fancier design containing art work they don't do to well with that. Since learning that I stick with cute designs you use with rhinestones and not more artistic nail art designs. I love bright colors also they don't have a large variety of bright colors definitely tons of reds and pinks which I hate pink. All in all good shop I keep going until I can find or hear about a shop who can do more nail art. Read Less

I am not a fan. I understand it's under new management so maybe it's worth a try on your own. I went in for a manicure and pedicure. It was reasonably priced and ultimately as we all know you get what you pay for, right?The pedicure was fine however it chipped in about a week. Who can say if that has anything to do with the pedicure or the age of the polish versus just wear and tear this time around. What I can say if that the entire time the technician prattled on about whatever as well as how I need to use coconut oil for my cuticles.  I'm fine with a suggestion but honestly  by the end of my services I felt nagged. I'm thick skinned so I was t offended. I know where I'm at so in not expecting to relax like if I were at a spa. But I don't want to feel like I've been nagged like I'm in an obligatory visit to a cranky elder relative looking to change the subject to mitigate the suffering of my visit.  Top it all off with someone's child was there - maybe 6, 7, or 8 years old - being baby sat in a way while she waited for her father to pick her up. That's be fine I suppose - because again I know it's not a spa, we all know why these nail salons exist, they are the Walmarts of pedicure so I am always amazed by a review that says they couldn't relax at one - but the child roamed around and hung on the technician intermittently and then wants to engage me in her shenanigans. Finally , there is a TV on in the salon: some local programming. Bay 9 News throughout the day. Ultimately Chelsea Clinton is on and the technician says to me "yuck, why would she support her mother. I hate her.  Who would vote for her?"  First, I'm wearing a t-shirt that says "I'm with her" and second it's her mother so are you daft?  I say "I would" and the technician doesn't even hear me because his has been her show the entire time to go on about real estate and how it's cheaper in Palmetto than Bradenton, etcetera etcetera. So, you know, I won't be back. I tried it because it is so close to me. And if I didn't need to get a pedicure two weeks later (Edin Salon - go there) maybe - MAYBE - I would have given it another shot. As I said, maybe it was the west and tear from me that cause the pedicure to not last that long. I just wasn't up for another one-sided gab session at the nail salon. This nail salon is absolutley amazing! I am not from Florida but recently went on vacation and wanted a mani pedi and came here. Service was amazing!!! My manicure was stunning! Pedicure was so relaxing! Wish I could fly out to this place everytime I needed to get my nails done! Awesome place and awesome service. Don't let the other reviews fool you. At first sight, the almost new chairs and tidiness made me think I was in the right place.  I had a technician named Anna, and politely cautioned her up front that I need her to be careful and not cut me during my pedicure.  I told her that I do not want to bleed, so please be careful.  Things were going satisfactorily until I felt a cut and looked down to see my cuticle bleeding on my great toe.  She immediately put an anticeptic on it and said "so sorry", putting my foot back into the warm water. The cut burned in the water, so I kept it above the water line. Upon finishing my polish, I was lead to the drying area.  After several minutes, I slid my feet out from under the lights only to note I was bleeding again.  I called Anna back and she suggested I had bumped my toe on the cabinet and that's what started the bleeding again. I had not.   She applied a bandage and gave me several to take with me.  Shortly thereafter she  removed the bandage, tried to clean the blood off that surrounded the nail  and noted that the polish on that toe was ruined.  it took several tries to fix the polish, and I finally walked to my car carrying my shoes. It's been hardly a week,. and I am going to have to redo the pedicure myself at home.  She asked if I wanted her to cut callouses off, but I rejected that offer. Read Less

This had to be by far the worst pedicure I have ever had.  I went in there and there was only 1 other person in there so they took me right away.  I told the lady I wanted French with a design like I had when I went in.  she starts to take off my polish and realizes its not coming off so I said "Im sorry I forgot to tell you I had gel polish put on last time" well that was the beginning to my problem.  She made such a fuss and said its 5 dollars more to take gel off that I should have just walked out at that point.  The guy who works there had the nerve to question why I had gel and then act as if i owed him an explanation. The two ladies spent about a half hour speaking to one another in their language about my gel polish to the point it was uncomfortable.  I went there to see how the service and work was since I am getting married and need to find a salon for my bridesmaids but this one won't be it.  When I asked for the design which I said I'm not picky just free hand something cute/pretty she gave me a board and said pick one.  That was a first.   I will make sure I let friends and coworkers know how horrible and over priced this place is. Nothing special to look at, but ask for Tony if you have acrylic nails. I am HARD on nails. They always lift on the edges, break, etc... He is fantastic!! I once had on a pair for four weeks without a single issue. That compared to 7-10 days being my average with other nail techs. Read Less
