This was the first salon I went to but after a while I went around to see what else there was. Wow all the employees were so friendly and kind and just made me feel at home. I’ve been going to this place for years, before the remodel and before the change in ownership. Before and after, the service, the attitudes, the cleanliness of this salon is amazing. I am always treated with respect and kindness and always happy with my nails. No matter what i get from pedicures to waxing to acrylics - they are always perfect. The bad reviews seem to focus a lot more on the language barriers than the fact they tried their best to help them be happy with their nails. I gave this salon 5 stars because it's met my expectations every time I visit. It's very clean, and and the pedi chairs are very comfortable. I don't have a favorite tech, because I've never been unsatisfied. I like that they hand you the menu, you point to what you want, and that part is done. My daughters love going there, too! Excellent Vietnamese nail salon. I went and environment was clean and nice. Very polite people and excellent service.Linda did my nails. She was quick and gentle and my nails were nice. Just not 5 stars because little details like pushing back the cuticles and cleaning nail beds with acetone were missed. She was very nice though. I got two coats of gel shellac manicure. If u need to save money. Don't mind that it's dirty. Don't mind discarded nails and dust next to your hand. Don't mind having your hand propped up on A JAR. Really?!?! Don't mind listening to endless haranguing about upcharges. Don't mind a bloody foot and finger then this is the place for u. My regular place was without electricity and as it turned out mine was cheaper than this disgusting place. So I guess that negates the saving money part. Oh well I have to stick around for a delivery so I can use the time to even out my nails. Am beginning to think that with these horrible places that the staff writes glowing reviews.  Oh I almost forgot. I bring my own nail polish and get antsy waiting for it to dry so I tried to pay and tip when he finished sanding my nail but he wouldn't hear of it. If there was an option to put no stars, I would chose that. This place was the worst nail salon that I have went to in my whole life. Barely even acknowledged me when I walked in, granted that the nail tech was doing something with another customer, but they could have said a greeting and said that they would be right with me. That's when I should have walked out instead of getting my nails done here. The only reason I went here was because it was close to my house, and I had heard good word about them, so I figured why not try them out? WHAT A MISTAKE IT WAS. I stayed at this nail salon and got my nails done. The nail tech suggested this "mood changing" nail polish, so I figured why not? Only to figure out that it was an extra $5 when I went to cash out. And it was NOT "mood changing," it was temperature changing. From cool to hot. The brand of it was LeChat Perfect Match-Coloring Changing Gel Polish. And because I had brought a friend, and she had also got the same nail polish, it was an extra $10 on my bill that I did not know was going to be there. When I was getting my nails done, the nail tech made me bleed multiple times, and even made some of my skin come off with the buffer because it skipped. And my friend had gotten her eyebrows done, which was $8, so after our nails were done, she got them done. When we went to cash out, and go home after spending over two hours here, the nail tech only cashed us out for the nails, and not the eyebrows. However, I thought it was already in the bill, so I did not think to ask if it was. So because I paid with my debit card, they charged my card the additional price for the eyebrows, without my authorization. Overall, this was a waste of my time, energy and money. I would never recommend anyone to go to this salon. I would recommend going to the salon in Walmart before I recommend this salon. And that says something. 1/10 because my nails did come out to be pretty. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS SALON. Read Less

Worst place ever. The whole time there they only speak Vietnamese. Kevin the nail tech who did my nails left them think crooked and way to long after I asked for them to be short he did one finger short and the rest long. He put way to much acrylic and left them so thick. He didn't even shape them right. I either have glue or acrylic on the edges of my nail beds which are painfull. And the pain job is horrible never going there again. I would not bother waiting for this place. Read Less

I went in for a refill, Kevin couldn't wait to get done with me once I refused gel, this was after he claimed that's the only way the color stays on. He left pointed corners, ridges, painful when he filed my nails and very THICK white polish for the French manicure. I'm fixing to go back to complain, I'll leave a comment about the outcome. I was a walk in and they took me right away, which was great !! I saw Christine, she did for a pedicure and pink and white fills with a couple repairs. The pedicure was awesome it took some time for my fills. But she did a great job and the atmosphere was relaxing. I will definitely go back again. Read Less

I've been to the salon twice and got the SNS manicure. Although this manicure is thicker than gel and my nails do not break, the top coat cracks. I'll be going back again less than a week later to get it fixed. The staff is really nice but it gets 3 out of 5 stars because the salon is filthy! There is acrylic dust covering everything (even the shelves), the nail files are old and white showing wear. I don't know how it passes any sanitation codes. I go because of the really reasonable prices and their customer service because of it chips less than 3 weeks they fix it. Read Less

My fiancé and I went in randomly because it was late hoping to get in and they took us without hesitation. Kelly did an awesome job on my nails for my wedding and Kim gave my finace a nice mani/pedi. One of the many nail salons named Kim Nails, in Bayshore Gardens Shopping Center, in between a TJ Maxx and a Publix, and next to the best sushi restaurant in Bradenton.  There is also a Target in this plaza.  In front of the shop is a cute little courtyard with a garden.  However, inside is a busted mess of décor, slathered with signs not to steal nails polish in both English and Spanish.  The décor is reminiscent of a 1980's Hoi An barber shop, covered in mint green paint and dusty plastic flowers.The customers are mostly old ladies that just want someone to rub their hands and feet and coat them in pink nail polish.  Then, you will find me here, totally engrossed with one of the best nail technicians in Tampa Bay.  The acrylic magician I come to hand my wallet to is Ia, she is amazing.  When she works on my nails, I am totally engrossed--- watching as my nails are transformed in something even cooler than the coolest Bryant Park runway show.  Wherever Ia goes, I follow with cash money in hand.
