They need zero stars Angel is very unprofessional she doesn't know how to talk to her customers...went for a pedicure guy doesn't use a grate feet looked the same way I came made him redo my pedi then after being there for two hours guy set me next to another girl while waiting for Angel she say she business go sit a the drying table remind you I got gel nails so no need to sit the drying table let alone wants me to let another nail tech do my hands well not I yeah this is the last time coming...I'd rather get on the road to Orlando any day for get services. If it was up to me I hive them a 0... First time I went with my mom they messed up our nails then the nails lasted no more then a week..second time one of the older ladies did them and gave me 2 crooked nails....never again...I do not recommend this place at all!!. Read Less

So glad to have come across this salon while in town for the weekend. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure.Prices are very reasonable, I was so shocked at the price I paid, because it was the cheapest I had ever paid for my nail services! I have been there several times and never had a problem. But this one lady who done my manicure and pedicure on a Friday I was in a wedding on Saturday and the nail polish on my fingernails started coming off peeling off it was gel nail polish and I did not ask for gel nail polish on my feet she didn't even go all the way to the cuticle on my feet never bothered to take off the calluses on the bottom of my feet or my hands the toenail polish was a Shabby job and started peeling off she never done any of the cuticles she never done any massages or hot towels like they always used to very displeased with the whole thing got my eyebrows waxed at the same time and she ripped half of my eyebrow off on the right side very embarrassing very dissatisfied but did not even notice much of it until after I was gone because she didn't give me a mirror to look at anything and we were in a rush because it was a wedding party and we had to get to rehearsal so didn't see anything till that night I noticed all the flaws I was in there yesterday to show them everything they wanted to redo my nails and redo my pedicure with the same person I'm not doing that I spent $65 for crappy service and I will never step foot in that place again very sad because I have been going there for years so beware of where you get your nails done and your eyebrows waxed I do not recommend this place anymore since they have expanded they seem to be rushing too much which makes for a very crappy service and a very s***** job... Customer service was horrible! I went to go get a french style pedicure and asked if they could do a design on my big toe, the lady said rudley "no" I thought maybe she heard me incorrectly so I presume to ask again, and again snapped at me and stated we don't do that! I have been going to this nail salon for so long, and getting designs on my nails and now all of a sudden they don't do designs??? and especially knowing the owner, hoping she could've at least handled this situation And didn't, I am very disappointed. They do a great job on nails but unfortunately the service is HORRIBLE. They do not go in order as you signed in on the sign in sheet. Anyone who comes in for a pedicure gets to go before whom ever is on the sign in list. They are very unprofessional and rude. It is not much on the outside but after you seat yourself inside... absolutely lovely.The many signs on the windows advertising their services had me at "Hello," just at a glance from my car window while passing by.I could not help but stop in and treat myself while on a brief weekend getaway, although I had a mani pedi prior to my vacation, I had to do it while I was here, as appalled as I was from the outside of this salon.While already treating myself, I got an eyebrow wax as well. Horrible, dirty. I went in for a pedicure and gel manicure. Pedicure: threw my dead skin back in the water bowl where my feet were again soaking, and starting cleaning the tools used on my feet in the water bowl as my feet were still soaking. Gross! Manicure: sprayed something on his tools not new out of packaging. My nails were filed uneven then a couple coats of paint put on. Cuticles hardly looked touch as he briefly went over it. Just witnessed the grand reopening of the nail salon. The space in the shop has more than doubled providing a more airy feel and more room to walk around. The new artwork on the walls is absolutely divine!Even the ceiling resembles the beautiful blue sky so when you sit back in the spa chair while getting a pedi, you feel like you are in sheer paradise.The only thing I'm missing is a cold margarita. The number of spa chairs has also increased significantly providing more space for other customers. I have been going here for all of my nail needs for three years now.  Every time has usually been on my lunch break and I can get in and out of there in about 45 minutes, leaving me with time to pick something up for lunch as well.Since I am here almost every two weeks, they are like family now.  I have also learned some Vietnamese language very quickly, so that is fun too.  They always remember your name and it is like a girl party where all of the customers talk to each other and have a blast.  Their acrylic fill service is still only $15.00 and I have never had a bad experience.  No drill cuts along my cuticle and no primer burns.  I will also get a pedicure here every couple of weeks, and I almost fall asleep in the massage spa chairs that they have.  Convenient, fun, and great service.
