Worst experience with a nail salon in my life. If I could give this zero stars I would. In the morning I called to see if they do the new colored powder nails. A male answered 'oh yea yea we do the powder.' So I made a 2pm appointment for a pedicure. Show up and immediately told to 'pick out a color', no hello, welcome, acknowledgement at all. This younger rude girl thinks leopard print pajamas are acceptable to wear to 'work'. I told them I wanted the powder nails and no one had any idea what I was talking about. Sat in the pedicure chair for about 30 minutes before someone came to work on me- even though I made an appointment. The nail person dug into my toes making them bleed. She did the most horrible paint job imaginable, the 2 year old that was running around yelling could have done a better job. Paint all over my skin and cuticles. I wish I could post a picture. If I could give this negative stars I would. Let's start by saying the man who did my nails was in a rush and does not know how to paint nails. He painted all over my skin and then when he was done filed the sides of my nails chipping the paint off the sides. When I told him I was unhappy with how they looked he told me to go sit with the lady who had just walked in. She argued there was nothing wrong with them and said he filed the sides to get the paint off my skin. I tried to tell her there shouldn't be nail polish all over my skin and cuticles and that my nails were already chipping but, she was rude and kept arguing. So I asked her to just take it off. She started to take it off and then stopped and told me to just leave and proceeded to go over to my friend I was with and told her to leave as well (still making her pay 15 for her manicure that wasn't finished). This is the most unprofessional nail salon I have ever been to and the women was very disrespectful and rude I will never go back here and hopefully they go out of business because this is a disgrace of a nail salon. You have been warned. Ps after I was told to leave I went to blossom nails right up the road and it was the nicest nail salon I have ever been to clean, friendly, and my nails were painted perfectly I highly recommend going there. I'd like to start off by letting you all know that I came here only because it was another nail place close to my work after I had read a bad review on another nearby nail salon. That review stated the other salon (not naming) the reviewer felt rushed and didn't get good service or quality work.  So here I am instead, at diva nail salon. Very clean and the girls were very friendly faces when walking in. However please BEWARE and do not sit with a young man with a tattoo on his left arm. He rushed through my gel nails so quickly and so obvious. At one point when a few people walked in (seriously only a few) he pounded his fist against the table. I mean come on really? My gel manicure is awfully done, I should have not paid them the $27 let alone still tipping him $5!!! But it was not the salons fault. Maybe they should consider getting rid of that lazy nail tech. Who gave that guy a license anyhow!? So if you go to this very nice salon and end up with this kid, I'm telling you ask for someone else. Hope this helps Read Less

I was at this nail salon with my entire family. It was large enough to accommodate all of us at once. The staff was very friendly and we had a blast. The majority of us were from Ohio in town for a high school graduation. When in town again I will certainly go there. Read Less

Today I went to change my nails color, the lady on the front (1st desk)  was very mean, made me very no welcome, I messed up one nail, ask her nicely to fix it, She shout at me , this is so disrespectful how she act. I understand was late and she might be tired, but its not reason to treat people like that. I was coming there for few months and my friends also, I'M SURE WE WILL NEVER BE BACK THERE / if YOU CHOOSE to go there, be sure its not her doing you nails.VERY BAD!! Read Less

I have never felt so invisible.. The work used to be unmatched, but this visit was not only uncomfortable but made me NEVER want to come back!! My first experience when they opened was not great. I got someone with extremely shaky hands that was very rough with my toes. Now I'm sitting here with an appointment made 45 mins ago in cold water not being helped while 2 people got pedicures before me. They wanted to help me after my mom was had a fully completed pedicure. They kept saying that people had made appointments with combos (nails and toes) I told them I was also gel nails and toes. As a new resident in the area, I tried this nail salon three times.  Know what?  Three strikes, they are "out" of my contact list!  Staff is friendly, but appeared bored with what their doing.  The techs without clients were either sleeping on the pedicure lounges or were at their stations with heads in computers or smart phones.  A client who was ready to go had to call out for someone to help her put her shoes on.  My tech did not pay attention to the temperature of the water for pedicure, had little energy to do the job and then left smears of polish on my cuticles.  The top coat used was old and thick and I even mention this fact. " No, no, it's good."  Is that why my polish is now smudge several hours later?  I work hard for my money and did not get my money's worth's!  Also, the place is always hot. Read Less
