Zoe is absolutely amazing! She takes her time and pays attention to every detail. Her work is impeccable. I've been going here for years and there are a few other amazing technicians that work there but I unfortunately don't know their names. The place is pristine, they have a massive array of colors, and a nice menu of options to choose from. It's hard for me to go in there without getting the Margarita Pedicure because I love the hot stones too much! If you're pushed for time, make sure you make an appointment. Pretty salon-great staff, friendly and kind. Abundance of colors-almost too many to choose from. Pedicures are always perfect and long lasting. That being said I’ve been back many times for gel manicure and dipping powder. Each time the product would “chip” on one nail-days later more nails. First time pedicure. Nice people. Clean environment. Opened fresh tools in front of me. However, not much time spent on which I thought one of the reasons I was going there. Cleaned up the bottom of the feet and toes. Heels we're not touched. And they needed attention. It felt like a Rush Job, beings they were busy. I actually got a recommendation from a complete stranger who’s manicure I was admiring. I wanted to try it because of the complimentary neck and shoulder massage included in all their manicures. Best experience I’ve ever had. I refuse to go anywhere else, even though I live in Dorchester, because of how clean it is. They don’t reuse nail files and buffers, and they line the pedicure tub with a disposable liner. I book an appointment online and arrive early. The receptionist says they cannot find my appointment so while the receptionist is making an appointment online. BTW writing down someones credit card information on a piece of paper. I make another appointment online. The receptionist tells me they are booked. Wonderful place! Zoe has taken care of me the last few times I went. She is fantastic! They are always busy, but you can see the care taken to ensure everything is sterilized and clean. Only slight downside is that they do not accept tips on card payments. So, make sure to take some cash to take care of your technician at the end.Read Less

Hands down the best pedicure I've ever had. Tony did the most amazing job! He's my new favorite person in the whole, wide world. I added the 10 minute reflexology massage and my feet felt amazing. I was dreaming about it for days. The location is clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated. It's been very busy both times I've been in - at what I wouldn't think were peak times - so that must say something. They are punctual too, ready the minute you walk in which is much appreciated.Only down side I found was that you cannot add a tip to your credit card payment, have to use cash. They do have one of those free-standing atm machines but I don't trust the security on those. So, remember to take some cash if you plan to tip.  The location is a bit of a drive for me, there are many nail salons much closer to home but this place (and Tony) are totally worth the trek. I found this salon on Google. I was early and thought I was going to have to wait in the parking lot as it was not yet nine, but I was mistaken, the door was open, and the salon was half way full. I was greeted by Diane who was extremely Pleasant and just made me feel right at home the moment I walked in the door! I then had Tony as my technician who was extremely thorough, and gave me the best foot massage I've ever had at a salon! He must be trained in pressure point massage p, because he took his time, and made sure that he did an outstanding job! The manicure was just as wonderful, when Tony began the hand massage, he gave me the same experience with the pressure points as the foot massage! I rarely go out and do this for myself, but have changed my mind and will go to the salon again as soon as I can and ask for Tony because he made an effort to treat me like I was a customer and not a number! I have come here many times, but enough is enough. Every trip is different. Sometimes its amazing and other times it horrible. Beware! They mix their colors and don't hide it! So if you think you are getting one color it will come out a totally different color. They are also constantly hiring new people. Pricey. Read Less

Best pedicure that I've had in a while. We booked a 3pm appointment but had to push it back 40 minutes, they were very accommodating. The employees were great and the customer service was amazing! I've been going to Aer Nailbar for almost a year and I can't sing their praises enough. As a dancer my feet can buildup a lot of callus, but the technicians at Aer never make me feel bad. But more than anything they are super careful when asked not to remove to much of my calluses. Henry is my favorite. He really takes his time, but the results are beyond worth it. Read Less

I am very happy to have found this place, thanks totally to looking for a nail salon on Yelp.  I have been going here for about 5 months now and have no complaints. The pedicures are done in the massage chairs we have all gotten used to but the tubs are lined for each use. I don't dig grazing the plastic but I'm totally into the sanitary nature of the set up. There are tons of colors to choose from and they are available in standard or gel polish. If you have a seat to wait you'll notice polish on the wall. Grab one of the wheels of color instead.  Those are the polishes behind the manicure stations. They are in pairs, so if you pick OPI Red, which is known as a number so it can be found easily on the wall, there will be the regular polish and the gel polish. They do everything - manicures, gel manicures, acrylics, pink and white, etc.  I've seen some ladies get some pretty intense nail designs as well. There's a few pedicures to choose from, I suppose most folks choose the classic or the spa.  This is a great set up as there's an individual tray set up for the technician with the tools and products needed for your appointment. I go for the spa pedicure and once in awhile kick it up to the margarita pedicure which is about $65.  Otherwise classic and spa manicures and pedicures are the price of what you run into nowadays.  Gel polish is +$20. Another thing I like about this place is there's a receptionist or two who "checks" you in or sets you up in the pedicure chair if you're early or your technician is running behind. Come snow bird season you can understand they may be booked all day straight thru.  I think this is such a more professional way of running things rather than a free technician pointing you to a chair. Finally I also appreciate that there's some symmetry with the people working there, e.g. On Fridays everyone is in a red top. I just think it ads to the professional look of a salon. They do take walk ins. I make appointments because I am really happy with the first person I tried, Sandy.  However, if you're here in the busy season or if you hope to get in on a Saturday I would call ahead for an appointment.  There's probably 30 predicate and manicure stations and once summer is over they look pretty filled on Saturdays and at the end of a work day.
