Worst nail experience of my ENTIRE LIFE! First she almost turned me away because she said my skin was too sensitive. She kept missing my nail and cutting up my nail bed, so I of course I would flinch--- refuse to see me AFTER removing all my old nails and leaving me with nothing but ratty stubs, are you kidding me??
Oh, THEN she DIDNT EVEN DO three of my nails--- they were left over from BEFORE. What. The. HELL. I called ahead of time to find out if they did SNS, which I was assured that THEY DID, but when I got there she said she doesn't do pink and white SNS. Three of my nails were still intact from the previous salon (over 100 miles away from this terrible place), so she left those alone and didn't even redo them.
What, know, REALLY? Yes. REALLY. So now I have TWO DIFFERENT KINDS OF NAILS on my hands. Did I mention that (other than her doing SNS, which she didn't do even though she'd promised she would) when I first got there I expressed over and over the most important thing is that my two hands look the same. At the very least that they look the same on one hand... Attached is a picture of the my two middle fingers side by side from different hands (two different kinds of nails!) The one on the left is an old SNS job I got done 3 WEEKS AGO from a DIFFERENT SALON that she just left on there.
I would have stayed and demanded that she fix the botched job but I had to get on a conference call and I had already wasted almost 2 hours there! I know lots of people would have refused to pay for this terrible kind of [non-]service, but that's not who I am. I even still tipped her because I have class, but the rest of you should STAY AWAY from this terrible, horrible place!
I NEVER write reviews, but I am SO LIVID about how she treated me. Oh, and in the middle of doing my fingernails, even though I prefaced that I had to leave soon, and even so I called ahead and made an appointment, she still would just randomly leave and go over to work on a different WALK-IN girl.
I have never seen such terrible service, shoddy craftsmanship, disrespect, lack of honesty, and poor quality in my ENTIRE LIFE. I feel I would be doing a disservice to my fellow human beings if I didn't at least TRY and warn you. I would literally try ANY OTHER nail place on the face of this Earth or go without nails then EVER go back to this place.
The name is ironic, since it means Hello and GOODBYE!

Also my friends nails were terrible. The lady didn’t even file them evenly and. The French tip looked horrible. Would 100% not record this place !

Spending 80 dollars for a full set and pedi this is not the quality I expected. Have a friend with a similar experience.. Will not be going back.

This salon is amazing! I see Alyssa Hunt for my hair and she’s great! First time I walked in I was very impressed!!!! I’ve been seeing her for years at different salons and this one is by far the best! She deserves it and I hope this helps because she does amazing work and others should come by and see the salon and Alyssa ! I don’t mean to post all these selfies lol but just so everyone sees the different styles and colors she’s done! Highlights are always my favorite

I got a pedicure on Saturday. Today is the following Thursday. My nails have already chipped and lost polish. I got a “deluxe” pedicure. She didn’t even use the “cheese grater thing”’on my HELLA rough feet. Didn’t clip the nails or push my cuticles. Didn’t dig out any ingrown nails, no re-shaping. Nothing. Basically got a mediocre leg massage and some polish that my 2 year old could apply because it didn’t even cover my whole nail. This is my second pedicure I’ve had there. The first one I had was so rough I literally had bruises down my legs when I walked out. Figured I’d give it a second chance but it totally wasn’t worth it.

I love Aloha for the atmosphere, beverages, and massage chairs. Unfortunately the pedicures are hit or miss, but I am willing to overlook that just to spend 30 minutes in the zero gravity massage chairs after the pedicure is done. If they hired better nail technicians it would get 5 stars from me.

So because my nails were short I couldn’t get a decent job done 🤦🏼♀️. And then blames it on my 20month old because she was crying here and there. But my sis had her most of the time. My sister called first to make sure they take walk in and the lady said yes. We were there for maybe two hours and my sister was only able to get her feet done. I love the people and the facility. Great massage chairs and fun atmosphere. I can't go there regularly though. I have been 3 or 4 times on a Sunday and every single time it takes well over two hours ...
I love the people and the facility. Great massage chairs and fun atmosphere. I can't go there regularly though. I have been 3 or 4 times on a Sunday and every single time it takes well over two hours for a simple gel manicure and a pedicure. I went today and I wasn't done for 2.5 hours. That's way too long in my opinion. I will go again but only when I know I have a lot of time. I get my nails done regularly and it takes about an hour and 15 minutes or 90 minutes tops.

For it being a new nail salon it is a very nice place. I came here to get a set of nail and it was pretty nice. The ladies here are all very welcoming and especially for new comers they help you out in what to do when you get there. The lady that did my nails was pretty nice, she did a pretty good job with my nails as well. However, she did keep drifting off to look at the TV for a while, which was kind of annoying. But overall I got a pretty good set of nails for a reasonable price.

The most relaxing fun! Fabulous atmosphere and the place is very clean and the staff is the best!!
My mom and I have never had such an attentive experience. We highly recommend this salon to anyone who wants to enjoy beautiful music, complimentary wine, amazing ice cream, friendly staff, personal attention and an overall wonderful Aloha mini vacation.....this is the place to go!!! If you're going anywhere else...your not being properly pampered.

For it being a new nail salon it is a very nice place. I came here to get a set of nail and it was pretty nice. The ladies here are all very welcoming and especially for new comers they help you out in what to do when you get there. We highly recommend this salon to anyone who wants to enjoy beautiful music, complimentary wine, amazing ice cream, friendly staff, personal attention and an overall wonderful Aloha mini vacation.....this is the place to go!!! If you're going anywhere else...your not being properly pampered.
