I love the staff and owners here! Ms. Betty is my go to for relaxing services! The deluxe pedicure is my favorite; it's phenomenal! I get a glass of wine, great conversation, aromatherapy, super long massage and awesome customer service. I've been there many times over the years and I always get incredible service. 21st nails is great. their nail technicians are talented and they take their time... they were very friendly and personable and even agreed to take me for a last minute gel mani/pedi when i needed one before a vacation! salon is clean and spacious. highly recommend them if you're in the LWR or university parkway area. Came in asking for pedicure with french tip. Man came out with menu cards asking if I wanted aromatherapy or regular pedi. Regular pedi with French tip, I request again. He drains tub. He brings out basket with alternate products, I ask why? He didn't understand me, he says. He changes back to old basket. He proceeds and rests his hand uncomfortably on my feet, secondary, too familiar touching.. Just NO. No one else, that I can see is getting hassled like this. With menu cards, drained tubs, pretending not to understand basic English to attempt to scam a client. Infuriating!! Looking forward to a pedi for weeks, had to ask him to just stop, with a quiet voice, I didn't want to embarrass him, disrupt salon, I just wanted out.... he became loud. Excellent!  I went there yesterday, got a mani-pedi and my eyebrows waxed. I never got out of the nail salon so relaxed, the staff is so nice and do such a great job. I went in for a manicure and pedicure. I went there for the second time. The manicurist was terrible. It must have been her first day. The manicure was terrible. She cut the cuticles so short they started bleeding. The manicurist apologized but I had to wait 2 weeks before I started shopping around for another nail location. Read Less

I go to 21st Nails whenever I'm in town to visit family and I wish they'd open a location in NY. The quality of their service and work is exceptional and the staff is not just friendly but personable. Their prices, for me, are slightly high ($35 for a manicure-pedicure) but you definitely get what you pay for. They're usually always busy so I suggest making an appointment, especially during the snowbird season. I recommend either Trang or Sandy but if you prefer a heavier massage, go for Sandy. Read Less
