Over priced for quality. Partly due to lack of comprehension. English is not clearly understood by most. The techs that spoke English their quality of work is poor! I had one American girl fill my nails and the next day it came off. After work the next day I went back in and the male owner said she had gone for the day. I asked could anyone do anything about this nail today since im here now and his reply from what I could make out is its better to come back tomorrow. It blew me away because its his store you should fix an error by a tech even if their contractors. My advice dont even waste your time at this over priced poor quality place. Read Less

I came in for a nail repair with concerns about the terrible set I had done back home. They made time to remove the set, get my pedicure done and replace my nails with the most beautiful pink/white set. I went to this salon on 2/4/17 for the first time and it was the WORST experience ever. For one I was getting a pedicure done and because it was close to closing time the owner had another employee Ali to start my full set while getting a pedicure, at that point I should've changed my mind but I let her continue with the job. My nails are horrible. I repeatedly ask Ali to clean up the polish from around my nails she didn't. She literally cut me two times on one finger. Every time I asked her to correct a mistake that I seen on my nails she would get aggravated. The owner seem to be VERY rude to her staff. That was my ford and last time going to this place. Do not get your nails done at this place!  It is not worth the money you spend.  Got a Gel Nail Polish (Shellac), that didn't last 5 days.  Polish started chipping and lifting within 4 days of getting them done. With so many nail salons in the area you have many choices and I suggest you skip this place.  Went back to have them fixed was told that they couldn't do it because they were busy, so I asked for a refund, which I also couldn't get because the owner was not there.I get gel polish all the time and they last least 3 weeks, decided to try this place because of its proximity to my house, but I'm disappointed it was not worth it, lost money and time. After searching for LITERALLY six months and finding dirty, rude, sloppy, overpriced nail salons, I found Victoria Nail Spa. Thank God! I have visited them at least three times and every time I go, no matter who I get, they do an AMAZING job and their prices are very reasonable! I've had Lena, Titi, Ben and another nice man and I am very impressed with the service and attention to detail they all have. First time here and not impressed. Everyone's head was down and it was like I was bothering them, it was about an hour after opening. There're was an employees child running around playing, I get it -- but at least give them a game or something. A man was sweeping & mopping barefoot. Looks like yesterday's work mess that wasn't cleaned up the night before.. And the massage chairs 5 & 6 don't work. Foot massage was light. Watching around me it looks like the tech, heavy set white lady is your best bet. Nice and spent quality time on the person she was with. He sat before me and was still getting a massage while I was drying. Or one of the men who really get in there. Took my Mom here for first visit.  Called for an appt but they didn't even take my name. Wait was not too long. Instead of taking and calling clients names the owner just pointed and motioned to call. Sad to say the service was substandard. No introduction to tech, no smiles, rushing in to chair, no conversation, cold water, average technique and results at best. Techs seemed angry or definitely not happy to be there.  Or are they scared to death of owner?? I had no idea who was working on us. Other techs jumped up to seat us,  fill water basins, then left us sitting until no name techs just showed up from back room and started our pedis.   My tech did not look at me or smile one time and did not initiate one single word on her own ( not a language issue, she was native English speaker).  I felt uncomfortable myself and embarrassed that I had brought my Mom here. My mom did get a timid little tech who at least smiled. Luckily I looked at the ticket because they included a gratuity but didn't mention it. I did not use the service, but the waxing chair was totally open in the middle of the floor, like on a stage with all the manicure clients facing it-- unacceptable for me and my 'stash.  There are so many good places that appreciate the business. Well they are never on time  they open ten on Sunday's. So I was there at ten   They say 15 and the waxing girl will be here I wait 30 min still no show why are you not on time for your own salon? Then last time I got my nails the wait to charge 65  n I only got a design on one finger each hand but any other time I got my nails done with designs on all of my nails it only cost 55 I am highly disappointed in Victoria nails salon and will never go back there again they are unprofessional nails break very easily and I'm sick of the attitude Lena has Read Less

The worst customer service ever. Everyone is in a bad mood and it seemed like instead of me being a welcomed customer I was bothering them by requiring the service. The owner (a Vietnamese lady) was very rude with me and every time I asked a question in regards of what I wanted to get done she replied with a nasty comment like " I don't know how to do that" and "why don't you go back to the nail tech that did the nails for you before!!" Quantity over quality type of place. Spa is decorated nicely and it's clean.  Unfortunately, the service  was not great.  I had an acrylic full set which left me with cuts and globs of acrylic/glue under my nails which i had to remove  myself. Some of my nails were filed crooked and there was no cutticle oil applied.  Started painting another client's nails while i was washing my hands and had to wait to get my nails finished. Also left nail polish on my skin.  Overall my new nails look nice but it was rushed crapy work.  I expected better service since they charge a little more than the other nearby salons. I called to make an appointment they said come in. I get there and they are so busy. They then tell me to wait 20 minutes. Then they put me in the pedicure chair for 20 more minutes with cold water.
