I had high hopes of this place but was really let down. They had someone who can't do acrylics do my nails and it was so bad I walked off without even having them completed or painted. Even though I was disappointed I still had to pay half the cost of the service which was outrageous and absolutely terrible customer service. I wouldn't ever go back or recommend anyone else try it. Absolutely awesome! Howie is sweet and super talented. I was a first timer with no appointment and was taken care of without hesitation or wait. I went in with a couple pictures and random thoughts and he pulled the whole thing together and made my nails look like little mermaids! The atmosphere was chill and the staff was super friendly. All of the customers around me were super friendly. I will definitely be back. This is the kind of nail salon I could call "home". I'm truly truly disappointed with my first visit at your salon. I asked for a French full set with nexgen. The gentleman was laughing the whole time while he was trying to shape the white tips. He did not know what he was doing & I asked him to stop. The gentleman next to him was asked to take over & by taking my set off and doing it again. They were terrible. When he was done, The white tips came out ok but he left my nails so lumpy. I paid $55 for a full set that I had to go home & fix myself. These two gentlemen did have enough experience. Came here for my birthday back in December 2017 to get Nexgen nail, it was late and they were closing soon but they said they had time and could do it. The guy that did my nails, rushed threw them and was staring at the clock the whole time. I tried small talk and he just ignored me. When ever I tried to point out that I didn't like the way they looked or that they were crooked he dismissed me and kept going. I payed for the nails that night and went home in tears because they looked so aweful and it was the worst service I had ever received. I don't get to pamper myself often enough so it just made me feel horrible. The next day my boyfriend now fiance called and demanded I get 1 a refund or 2 my nails redone. I went back the next day and had my nails redone by the most lovely girl. She did a fantastic job! She listened to me, talked with me and made my nails look great for my birthday and for my engagement photos. Stopped in on the recommendation of acquaintance. The service was abhorrent. The gentleman who was doing my pedicure didn’t utter a word aside from asking if I had my color. It was by far the worst pedicure I’ve ever received. It was over in 20 min. I was happy to leave. This place was recommended by a good friend whom only gets manicures. 1st don't waste your time or money. Seems like they use cheap products just to grt by. I get my nails done with gel polish which is the only thing that last on my nails. Gel dosnt chip. Well their so called gel polish does within days. The gel stays on for about 3 weeks. Not theirs . Within 3 days my polish has chipped, looks like I need fills. . When she started polishing I notice the colors wasn't gel. I asked she said yes their gel polish. So she continued polishing . When i was done she put a thick clear coat on n told me that's what makes it gel. I told her no. I'm not one to tell a person to do their job right but I had to say something. Demi is a technician from hell. I will be reporting her to the department of health for her bad service bad attitude. She thinks she’s working at a factory back home. she only thinks about money I have been doing my nails for the past 20 years and I have never been treated so poorly by a nail technician. I made my appointment they called me because she was running late 15 minutes I got there and to my surprise Jenny the owner was the one that took care of me because she decided to take another customer without no explanation. Jenny get rid of her because this complaint is going straight to the state. So sorry Jenny because your salon is beautiful and you are a beautiful lady too!! I absolutely love this place. Miranda is fabulous, efficient, has a great eye for detail. When it comes to nails design she is right on point. Definitely cares about her clients, and makes sure they are taken care of even when she's on vacation by pairing you with one of her colleagues that will be able to work with you, your nail shape, like, and dislikes. The only thing that made up for the rude blonde at the front desk were the nail techs. Emily especially! She could tell right off the bat that something was bothering myself and my friends. I called and made an appointment for 3 if us - said specifically one of us would be late and I got “no problem”. Well one of us was and the blonde at the front got snarky with her when she came late. Said she would have to wait now because she was “so” late. Well she came and sat next to me and Emily made it a point to get her relaxing in a massage chair and getting her soaked. If I could give a - # I would!!! Terrible customer service with an issue that's bc of them and their products! My nails are Yellow... YES YELLOW!! I got Nexgen French manicure almost 2 weeks ago and about a week ago, while out of town, my nails started turning yellow (AGAIN!). So I go into the store tonight and talk to the "manager" Jenny. She tries to tell me only my thumbs are yellow... no all 10 fingers are yellow/discoloring. Kept arguing with me, a paying customer! This is the 2nd time it has happened to me from the same place! 2 weeks ago when I went to get them redone my nails were yellow and I asked Jayden (who is awesome at doing nails!) why they were yellow and he said bc I waited 4 weeks to get them done, and bc of my environment and makeup I use. (I don't wear face makeup! And I haven't changed my environment). I explained this to Jenny and she could care less!! I stood her I either wanted my money back or for them to redo my nails and she refused since it's almost been 2 weeks and "they did need be redone every 2 weeks" (which is crap! I have been getting my nails done for 10 years and get them done every 4 weeks and have NEVER had this problem!) If you research why they turn yellow it says... "The products the salon are using are either old, or Their brushes they use are contaminated with bacteria!" That's gross!!!! How could you not be concerned when a customer tells you that?! So far I like this nail salon! I came in the other day for gel polish- no manicure. They have a very wide variety of colors to choose from! Gel, Nexgen, regular polish! I was very excited when I came across the mood changing gel colors! Just beware when picking the mood changing colors because it's not the color you will end up with. So just apply some warmth by rubbing the display color to see what color you will end up with! As for the salon, I love the set up. The bar is where I got my nails done. I've never sat at a bar with a bar stool so it was interesting! It did need to be cleaned and organized a little more. It was pretty messy and dusty. I was very pleased with my nail technician! She was very warm and welcoming, informative of the products and suggested which products would work best. She did a great job and it's lasted me a week so far even after a camping trip! Read Less

First impression is key and unfortunately this place didn't do it for me. Pretty disappointed with my entire experience...I had a mani and pedi. During my manicure I felt that my nail tech did not pay attention to detail and was just rushing through. My hands were so dry throughout it was hurting and she also cut me during the process. I asked for a specific shape and I didn't get what I wanted. When I asked for her to fix the shape she sent me to someone else (Kim) she was very sweet and fixed the problem...THANK YOU! During my pedi I asked for my nail tech (Nikki, I think that was her name) to be gentle while working on one foot due to nerve damage...let's just say she wasn't and I had to ask her to just leave that foot alone. The end result was nice I'm happy with the out come of my pedi. I might go back and give this place another chance but I'll be requesting Kim. Hope this helps! Read Less

I always go to Natalie. I've been looking for someone like her for years! She takes her time, never rushes to get me out of there and my nails literally never break (i do nexgen) she makes my shape always perfect, and she never leaves my nails uneven. Ok, so I wanted to remove my powder to be removed and have a clean up and clear coat done. I  made an appointment 30 minutes prior so no one would feel rushed. A guy came to me first and then I was told to go to another chair. After that they were talking about something and you know it's in reference to what's going on around you. Then, she took them off and put cuticle oil on them and told me I was finished and she had someone waiting behind me. I politely said I asked for a clear coat and she was look like she didn't want to do it. She told me to sit behind he table which I thought was inappropriate if you were dealing with me first. I decided you know that it was rude to take someone and then come back to me. I got up and left to pay.I'm from New York and they don't even do that. This is my favorite nail salon. I received a "we're new" flyer in the mail a few years ago and I've been going back ever since. Very nice large salon!! A huge variety of nextgen about 100 colors as well as your gel or natural. Tons of selections see pics!  Massage chairs are comfy and give great massages all it needs is heat! Lol. Miranda is my favorite technician so far. She is quick funny and they last.. she is actually the one who even convinced me to try next gen.   On this particular appointment the owner came over and helped take off my old nails while I was waiting which I appreciate very much.
