After having a bad experience from another nail salon , I walked in here without an appointment to asked if anyone s available to fix my messy nails, the receptionist girl was so helpful, she also has amazing personality , she gave me Judy, and my nails came out perfect, love my nails and the environment, The salon is very clean ,very busy and everyone there s very friendly, good customer services , high quality works with reasonable prices. This nail salon is full of talent! All of the nail technicians are so sweet and they are all laughing very interactive with their customers. The girl at the front when you walk in she is the receptionist is super nice and very helpful/informative. I got my nails done by Leo I got the NexGen. I am so picky and particular about the small details whenever I get a full set on I had to tell him once what I wanted and he created it. He is amazing while he was doing my nails I was looking around at the other nail techs they were doing just an amazing job as well I could tell that there is a lot of skill in that nail salon.. Helen did my pedicure I received a paraffin pedicure and it was amazing it's only 27 for the paraffin pedicure and they put your feet in hot wax and cover it with socks and they give you an awesome massage she was just amazing all-around fantastic I will definitely be returning! The first time I went a lady did my nails.It was my first time doing nexgen and she did a great job they lasted a while.The second time I went to get them taken off and I was put with a guy named Jimmy.I should of been hesitant from the jump because the lady at the desk said it oddly.Jimmy was rude and unfriendly and coughed the entire time stopping yo eat cough drops.When the lady did my nexgen the first time she dipped it in the powder a lot ...jimmy did about 4 dips...My bails were not filed properly were lumpy and Crooked.I tried to point this out and he blew me Off.Needless to say 2 of my nails broke about a week later.33$ for nexgen with tips to have then not last is unnaceptable.I will not be returning ever again Read Less

FIRST And LAST Time....I Have My own Place But tried It out with A Friend N i didnt Like It One Bit. They Told me 15 Mins And I waited Almost 35 Mins. Then My Friend Started Her Pedicure As I waited For The Other Person To start Mine. She Was Doing Both Of our Pedicures. So i basically Had to Wait till she Was Finished with my friend. WTH! Then Mr Richie gets Over There And start Talking About me With his employee. I will never Go there! I did not tip because i dont tip Rude People. Up until 6 weeks ago I would have given this nail salon at least 4 stars and 5 stars for my favorite nail technician - named Tu (by the way who no longer works there). It took 3 different appointments to finally realize she's not coming back since the staff lied repeatedly about her whereabouts. They said she was on vacation for 3 weeks, another said she went to Vietnam, then finally one of them said she wasn't coming back. This is America people - It's not that serious if someone quits or gets fired! I've been one of Tu's regular customers for over 1 year plus I've been going to the salon itself since they opened in 2012 as Boynton Beach Nails. So at the very least, they could have told the truth and then recommended the next best technician. Instead, they stuck me with someone the last time I was there who did such a poor job and as he was working, I couldn't believe he was even allowed to do fills. No matter how fancy your shop might be and all the overrated services you have, if the end result is crap, then none of those things matter. 50% of the staff is friendly and accommodating, but that's about it. Its changed ownership 3 times since 2012 and unfortunately for me, this fiasco was it for me.  I complained while services were being rendered and he just kept working to fix it, but the acrylic was applied so poorly the only fix was to remove them and start all over! This was the day before Valentine's! I was so frustrated with how sloppy and tacky my nails looked, I drove down to the other end of the plaza and complained to owner of a different nail salon and asked for a re-do with their best tech. I even called to give the relationship/shop 1 last chance and was told owner would call back, but I'm still waiting... Would never go back there.  I decided to give them a shot since they changed owners. Place seemed nice, staff seemed nice. But that was about it. Oh wait my manicure was great! Can't complain. However, they have a sign that says prices have gone up to provide a healthier environment. But they're DISGUSTING! They reuse the sterilization pouches over and over which defeats the purpose of sterilization. Gross! (See pictures) the pouches don't look so wrinkled after one use, I've worked at a podiatrist office where they changed them everytime because you're supposed to. The techs also write their names on the pouches which is another sign they reuse. And of course they don't throw them out they let them sit there until they're done and pretend to sterilize the tools again. A light is also not proper sterilization, you leave it there for two minutes until your next client comes in. That's gross. I took my cousin with me for a pedicure, the techs didn't speak any English, I typically don't have a problem with people not speaking English but when a NAIL TECH does not know what an "ingrown nail" is.. there's a problem. There's some terminology they should know. So when my cousin tried to tell her tech that and she didn't understand she asked the tech next to her what that meant and she told her in her language... she still didn't know what to do. So the English speaking tech WAIT FOR IT, took her hand from her clients foot and touched my cousins foot with the same hand showing her tech what to do! WHAT THE F!!!! Gross! I can not handle dirty places, specially with the diseases going around, people get TB from pedicures all the time, so spending a few bucks more on pouches, extra tools to give them proper time to sterilize and educating techs is worth it. Save your money and your health and do not go back there! While they started my nails they were on the phone with the TV company or something and told me to hold on. The nail salon is in a nice location. The salon itself is mostly clean and organized. There is a huge TV on the wall that faces the customer's side of the tables so that is nice. The staff are professional and most of them are nice. The day I went to get a Nexgen manicure, there were multiple young children running around and being a little distracting but I can't really blame that on the salon because they would probably lose business if they didn't let their customers bring their kids. Pricing was average and reasonable. Overall, I had a good experience there and I liked how my Nexgen nails turned out. If you are in the area, check this place out. Read Less

I absolutely love coming here. The women are always so kind and funny and always do and impeccable job on my nails. They seem happy to be there and always remember me even i've been away for a while. I just moved to this town and have been going here for several times. Ive tried checking out other nail salons but always end up back here, because truthfully they do the best work. It can be quite a wait on the weekends, but its worth it. Good prices and my mani/pedi stay in tact! They do really good work on your hands and feet. Read Less
