service is very slow and employees have the worst attitudes. Manicure was terrible.The shaping is square, I asked for round. The nail polish was put on too thick and never dried completely so it smudged off. The lady made me walk across the salon to wash my hands halfway through. She was rushed the whole time worrying about her next appointment and painted all over my cuticles, leaving paint on my skin. Am very disappointed. Can't believe I paid money for this. This salon is conveniently located and has good technicians. The comments about the owner are not fair, I've been coming here for almost two years and she has always been helpful, friendly, and polite. On the other hand, some of customers are very rude and demanding. I've witnessed the customers yelling at her or at the staff, so I'd chalk these negative comments up to those customers. The owner Joanne is not a nice person, she does not care about the customers, she treats her help like slaves, she sticks people in knowing that there is an appointment in 15 minutes not caring that now the manicurist will be 20 -30 minutes late and does not even call to tell you they are running late. Overall it was good i think the prices are very affordable and the people are very nice.  I got a gel manicure with margarita and she was nice but the nails like in the cuticle and in the sides still had some leftover nail polish and didnt like that very much but yeah they were pretty. I recommend booking an appointment in advance because the good technicians are always booked. The salon is your average neighborhood nail salon. Decided to come here from a good recommendation from my friend . Big mistake . My nails were very sloppy and even lop sided ... Walked in and woman at the desk ignored me.  My nail tech, "John," was extremely unpleasant and was annoyed when I asked him to file my nails a bit shorter.  The place was a dump, and the table where my nails were done was dirty.  I don't care if it was only $16 for an acrylic fill -- it was such an unpleasant experience.  Definitely will NEVER go back!  Use your $$ elsewhere. Customer service sucks!!! Not customer friendly and very rude. Ask customers to go to other shops because they are short staff when you go to other shop they send you back to other shop!!! Sign says they take walk in but most of the time it's not true. Read Less
