Terrible experience!!
Had an appointment and still waited 30 minutes to be seen. Took over an hour just to take off the nexgen from my nails. After being there for almost 2 hours I had to leave mid manicure. Then they refused to give me back my credit card unless I let them finish (I had to pick up my child from school).
HORRIBLE service. The owners are incredibly rude. I mean, just read their responses to other reviews.

Best nail salon ever! I always feel pampered when I go to Dila Nails. Everyone is extremely friendly and their goal is to make sure you have a relaxing and pleasant experience.

This is absolutely the best nail salon around! They take their time and pay attention to details. It’s very clean and they put a lot of pride in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere! You never feel rushed yet they are always very busy. Make sure you make an appointment. I have never left there feeling disappointed. My mother and I have both been going there for years and I drive 30 minutes to get there. Well worth the drive! The owners are very genuine and kind people.

This by far is the most amazing nail solan ever! I couldn’t of been more happier. I was actually given a gift certificate, and that’s how I found this place.. first time I came I brought my daughter and mother and we had awesome experience! My daughter was treated as a Princess threw the whole process. I came back 2 weeks after and again had another welcome friendly awesome experience again!! So happy I found this place.

Dila Nails is wonderful! Howard does my NexGen nails & Jessica does my pedicures. Both people are so accommodating and do their best to help customers have a great experience. Ruby, the owner, along with Howard, is always decorating the salon and making it an extremely pleasant and inviting environment in which to spend some time. Thank you, File Nails!

I’m not sure how this place got so many good recommendations. When I went in initially I told them I needed a liquid gel manicure and they made an appointment for five hours later. Which is fine, I’ll come back in five hours. But when I went back I was then told that they don’t do liquid gel manicure. So I wasted an afternoon waiting to get my nails done to only be told they don’t do what I want.
They were very unapologetic for not being honest with me. I was looking for a new nail place to go to and because of all the good recommendations I thought this would be the place. It is not. I would not recommend at all.

Amazing! Beautiful salon, clean and Howard is awesome! My Mom has some health issues that make it difficult for her, but I can't say enough great things about Dila! My Mom had a nail fungus due to unclean conditions at her former salon. Howard was so patient, took the time to examine her nails and was honest enough to say that she needed time for her nails to heal. Since our first visit a few months ago, she had a pedi that she can't stop raving about (and my Mom can be fussy). As an adult caregiver, I am so, so happy with Dila. After trying other places, they now have a customer for life!

I've been going to this nail salon for 3 years & I feel like family when I'm there. The staff is very courteous and cater to your needs. Ruby and Howard are truly kind and caring people and work hard to ensure their customers feel relaxed and are happy. Their salon is very clean and sanitary and my husband and I always have a great time when we are there. They put heart and kindness into everything they do. I love the owners and staff of this nail salon and looking forward to many years of beautiful nails and relaxation.

If your looking for long lasting nails that wont fall off, I recommend this place. Just to test to see if the reviews were true, I had a full set done nearly 1 and a half months ago. Well what can I say, after 5+ weeks, they haven't fallen off yet, even though my nails have grown so much. In terms of price, I think its good value for this kind of quality. Most places I've been to, they charge me over $60, to have crap looking nails that fall off within a week.

great nail salon, every nice and peaceful. Cindy is the first Nail Technician I've come across that has done a wonderful job on my nails. Her attention to detail is amazing, no wonder my nails look so beautiful natural. And its lasted nearly over 3 weeks, even though its recommended 2 weeks only. Will be coming again.

Terrible experience!!
Had an appointment and still waited 30 minutes to be seen. Took over an hour just to take off the nexgen from my nails. After being there for almost 2 hours I had to leave mid manicure. Then they refused to give me back my credit card unless I let them finish (I had to pick up my child from school).
HORRIBLE service. The owners are incredibly rude. I mean, just read their responses to other reviews.

This is absolutely the best nail salon around! They take their time and pay attention to details. It’s very clean and they put a lot of pride in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere! I’m not sure how this place got so many good recommendations. When I went in initially I told them I needed a liquid gel manicure and they made an appointment for five hours later. Which is fine, I’ll come back in five hours. But when I went back I was then told that they don’t do liquid gel manicure. So I wasted an afternoon waiting to get my nails done to only be told they don’t do what I want.
They were very unapologetic for not being honest with me. I was looking for a new nail place to go to and because of all the good recommendations I thought this would be the place. It is not. I would not recommend at all.

Amazing! Beautiful salon, clean and Howard is awesome! My Mom has some health issues that make it difficult for her, but I can't say enough great things about Dila! My Mom had a nail fungus due to unclean conditions at her former salon. Ruby and Howard are truly kind and caring people and work hard to ensure their customers feel relaxed and are happy. Their salon is very clean and sanitary and my husband and I always have a great time when we are there. They put heart and kindness into everything they do. If your looking for long lasting nails that wont fall off, I recommend this place. Just to test to see if the reviews were true, I had a full set done nearly 1 and a half months ago. Well what can I say, after 5+ weeks, they haven't fallen off yet, even though my nails have grown so much. In terms of price, I think its good value for this kind of quality.
