I really enjoyed it here. The staff is very friendly. I love their parafin wax treatment. The massage chairs were nice. The products they use are good quality. My favorite part was the art work. My daughter had them put snowmen on my big toes and it looked great. The only area that I could see an adjustment with is decor. A more sleek trendy look would be cool. greys, blacks, whites, white leather furniture. Etc. not a must at all but it would move it to a five for me. I didn't have time before we went on vacation to get a pedicure and I desperately needed one! I did a quick search on Yelp and Google to find a place nearby. This place was close and had good enough reviews for me to try it out.I was surprised they weren't very busy in the early afternoon the Friday after Thanksgiving, but I was able to get in right away. I can't remember the name of the pedicure I got, but it was the 2nd level $40 pedicure. It had a cooling gel treatment, sea salt exfoliator, callous removal, and leg massage. This was one of the best pedicures I have ever had. I am normally SO ticklish that I can't hardly stand it when they are doing the callous removal. Cathy could already tell how ticklish I was since I was bracing myself when she got out her utensils. She was very careful and it did not tickle at all! I was shocked. This, in my opinion, made my experience that much better than your average pedicure. She was very attentive to her client. I chose a basic red color and she was very detailed in applying the polish. They use to be great place sis not smell like nail place and wonderful friendly people!! Now the place smells like acetone land my pregnant friend could not handle the smell and left!! Ok onto nails they look like I did them my self they are bumpy and super thick for shellac nails! I attached a couple pictures!! Read Less

This place is amazing! They took me as a walk in for my wedding and were so thorough, it was a relaxing dual mani and pedi at the same time, the facility is awesome, and the staff was so kind and talented!! You couldn't ask for a better experience in this hidden gem!!! I got the spa pedicure and gel nails. They even custom made a color for me. In short time!!!!! Love this place! My mom and I came here during a vacation in Naples and we were not disappointed! All the technicians were extremely friendly, Tracy and Ken were great! They made sure to offer an assortment of beverages including water, tea, coffee or wine. I had an injury on my shin and Ken made sure to be very gently and cautious of it the entire pedicure. The environment was very clean and professional. All of the technicians had the same uniformed technician coat with name tags as well as all of the technicians certifications framed and displayed. The pedicure was awesome including a very nice massage, hot towels, precise polish and a finishing butter rub at the end (this was the "special pedicure priced at $40)! I went on Wednesday, day before thanksgiving and surprisingly not packed. I was having a very stressful needless to say, and once at the nail salon, Helen (the owner) was very inviting. Best Deluxe Pedicure in SW Florida...Calming atmosphere allows you to enjoy the full relaxing experience ! Sterile environment, they use tub liners and gloves and clean utensils.
