went to get my eyebrows waxed , was awful, left wax all over my face and hair, completely uneven. ruined my eye brows.

I will never go back to this place. I had a regular pedi and regular mani. They didn't use top coat nail polish. My nail looked awful and I paid $45 + tip for that?? My nail polish chipped the day.

I have been there 3 times for acrylic fills and John did an excellent job. Prices are very reasonable.

My nails were in need of a good mani & pedi when I arrived at Hi Tech Nails (without an appointment) a couple of days ago. Although it was later in the afternoon, they agreed to a Shellac mani & regular pedi. I have sensitive cuticles and was apprehensive about going to a new place. However, Alex did an EXCELLENT job! I promised to return on a regular basis. It was well worth the visit.

A lovely polish job. But most of the nail tech's don't speak English, so they didn't understand I wanted a new years eve design. Finally when they got it non of the tech's knew how to do designs. So if you want a design DO NOT go to hi- tech

Needed a pedicure, figured I would try this place out and....WOW! Far better than any "run of the mill" nail salon! Even though he was just about to close for the night, John welcomed me in for a pedi...
Needed a pedicure, figured I would try this place out and....WOW! Far better than any "run of the mill" nail salon! Even though he was just about to close for the night, John welcomed me in for a pedicure and it was not a rushed one to get me out the door either. I rarely rate or write reviews but the unexpected quality of my pedicure, not to mention exceptional customer service provided by John, demand that I step outside of my comfort zone to give this place 5 stars. Highly recommend!!

Currently sitting in the drying section of this salon as i just had a pedicure and eye brow waxing. I must say i never write reviews normally just read them to find hidden gems but be warned this one IS NOT ONE. The pedicure was great it was done by the male Alice which was really nice and gave a great massage but there was a girl who did my eyes brows who didn't speak a word of english and i told her not to arch them nor go anywhere near the start of my brows and she took half my eyebrow with her. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with my eyebrows they charged me full price anyway.

Went in this place and waited 10 minutes before someone asked what we wanted. When I said to have my two daughters nails painted they stated speaking native language to one another and the male spoke up and said "we have a long wait" when I asked how long he said"over one hour, maybe longer". There were only 2 waiting in front of us and several techniciams. So obviously they did not want to waste their time nor earn my business, as I had planned on having my mani and pedi as well. Must say they were very rude and will not go back nor recommend.

They do a very good job here. Good location and your in and out with a mani and pedi very quick!! Not as good as the salons in NYC but it will work!!

I will never go back to this place. I had a regular pedi and regular mani. They didn't use top coat nail polish. My nail looked awful and I paid $45 + tip for that?? My nail polish chipped the day.

My nails were in need of a good mani & pedi when I arrived at Hi Tech Nails (without an appointment) a couple of days ago. Although it was later in the afternoon, they agreed to a Shellac mani & regular pedi. I have sensitive cuticles and was apprehensive about going to a new place. However, Alex did an EXCELLENT job! Even though he was just about to close for the night, John welcomed me in for a pedicure and it was not a rushed one to get me out the door either.
