The man who answers the phone, welcomes customers in to the store, and does manicures was very friendly and helpful. I had a young lady doing my pedicure, and I didn't think she did a very good job. I believe she only used one coat of color and the leg massage was very weak, too gentle. I sensed she knew I was an out-of-towner and would only be visiting once. I am so happy I found such an amazing salon so close to my house. I have been getting my nails done for the last 10 years and this has to be one of my favorites. Andy and Amy are there everyday and make sure your nails and toes are absolutely perfect before you leave. I used to always get acrylics but I'm now trying to grow out my natural nails and their brand of dip powder is working great. My nails are stronger than they have ever been. The salon is always clean, they do take reservations and they're always on time. My thumb nails are different sizes. And the polish is either too thick on the sides making it look weird or the polish isn’t even throughout the nail or the polish isn’t even on the sides of my nails. Not a bad place but I think who I had as my tech needs more experience. My nails looked fine before polish was added so idk. Read Less

Felt very taken care of here, very comfortable. This is important to me because of how long you have to stay in the salon. I enjoyed my experience at couture nails & spa, everyone was friendly & my nails looked great after I left. However, a week had barely gone by & my shellac was already chipping & rolling off. Typically shellac lasts 2-3 weeks on my nails. I am pretty disappointed and I don't know that I will be coming back. Read Less

I needed to find a new nail salon to go to and I figured I would try Couture Nails & Spa because of all their positive reviews. I was not disappointed! Amy did a BEAUTIFUL job on my nails and I think it may be the best manicure I have ever gotten! The prices are reasonable and the salon atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. This place is a real hidden gem! I love going here Amy and Andy are the best. After finding this place I wouldn't go any where else. Everyone is so nice and the prices are far and you still get an amazing nail job without it breaking the bank in comparison to Pro nails (which personal I do not think it work their prices). This place is clean and doesn't have that typical nail salon alcohol like smell. Super happy with these guys. My mom comes here regularly, so when I told her of my desperate need for a pedi while visiting, she called Alex. I went to the salon close to 6;30pm (they close at 7pm) and asked if they had time to do a nexgen mani and a regular pedi. Andy, the owner, said no problem. This was my first time there  and it definitely will not be the last. Everyone there was very friendly. Andy did a great job on my nexgen manicure and my pedicure was done to perfection. Best nail salon I've ever been too! I have very short biten nails. I walked in thinking I would only be able to get acrylic and have to pick out a color to paint them. He told me anything is possible. I walked out extremely pleased with his work. He has multiple colored acrylic powders. I got pink and blue (with glitter).
