My review of this salon is not about quality of work. My review is about cleanliness and customer service. I have been a client for 3 years. I am tired of the dirt and grime, I stopped getting wax because the wax room is so dirty every single corner baseboard wall the door,   counter is just dirty and looks like it has not had a real cleaning in years.  For three years I have witnessed the management treat targeted employees very poorly, including management trying to book me with appointments with other women when they know I am the client of one specific technician. Once a tech left the door bath water running and was brought to tears by her boss. Often I observed customers ignored or spoken to what I would call rudely or dismiss once when they enter the business. When those customers walk out, Mimi had a disparaging eye roll or comment instead of observing what might be wrong and correcting course. Those moments are very uncomfortable. I have also heard the managers talk about customers negatively while they are in the salon. There are a lot of nail salons in Boca Raton... i'm choosing to leave the salon because of their cleanliness and poor treatment of select employees who are not in the family as well as intermittently mean-girl customer service. I hate to post a negative review on a business and I sure hope they will change. Read Less

Salon smelled AWFUL. Pedicure was OK, but no foot filing/scraping whatsoever. Manicure was a joke, my nails were barely filed and I had to ask twice for the technician to properly remove cuticles. Polish stayed on for a DAY. Most certainly bc he did not clean my nails with nail polish remover prior to polishing. Not worth it!!!!!! Read Less

I use to come here when it was the old owners, today I made a huge mistake of trying the new ones! Absolutely horrible and the 'manager' absolutely SUCKS! No customer service skills, horrible at doing nails, rude, and extremely ARGUMENTATIVE! Told me it was one price mid way through and towards the end she decided to rip 3 of my nails off and when I went to pay she tried charging for HER mistake! She got up from doing my pink and whites at least 7-10 times! My nails are not even the pink looks horrible it's not the same throughout all of them! I guess I can say I will NEVER be back! Clean place and skilled workers. Mimi listened to every detail I wanted for my nails! She had a lot of patience for all the questions I had. I got acrylic tips with Nexgen and had a picture reference for the shape I want (so lots of room for error) and I am very picky with what color I choose, and Mimi got it exactly right. I am super impressed. I also got a wax and I was pleased with the results- she got the shape right on them as well and listened to my instructions carefully. I have also had Tracey work on my nails before and she is sweet and talented and very good with Nexgen as well. Highly recommended. Read Less

Great service! Very little if any wait and the staff is friendly and professional. I got a manicure & pedicure. My wife had Next Generation organic healthy nails. Mimi was perfect and Hana was also excellent. Very clean shop and just what we needed for holiday relaxation after shopping. Highly Recommended.! Read Less
