I’ve been coming to The Studio Salon for a few years. I have French gel on my fingers, it last for three weeks and looks great always. My toes also have gel which lasts for six weeks! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND SO RUDEEEE I went to the studio and made an appointment and got my nails done with the dip powder, it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to finish my nails.... why, I couldn't tell you. To then chip in just 4 days. I made another appointment to go and get dip again because the location is so convenient for me. My appointment was for 1pm, they let my nails soak until 2:30pm  and no one came to inform me my technician would be late or asked if I wanted someone else to do my nails. AN HOUR AND A HALF. I got up and asked the receptionist to take the wrap off my nails because I would not wait anymore and they started to criticize me to leaving. They never once said sorry! I used to come here but found a good nail tech in Boynton. Short on time recently, I popped in for a pedicure. It was horrible. AND they hiked their price to $25 for a plain pedi that took her 22 minutes. NEVER going back. Too expensive for crappy work. Read Less

I love this place except for two things: 1. For such a posh salon, they should give a little hand massage when applying hand cream for manicure, and they should give a little shoulder massage at the drying table like they do in most NY area salons. It is a nice little pampering. 2. The price has just gone up to $14.00 for just a regular, no frills manicure, and I feel that is a bit too much. The manicures (plain) are not the best usually (the best are back in NY) as they do not look at your hands to make sure that they file all the nails the same length, they don't add the little extra of using a metal file to clean up the edges after the other filing, and they don't repair splits in the nails well (and only when you point it out, they will add a glue which comes off in two days exposing the split to more damage). I have no complaints about the pedicures. I like that they use liners and they do a nice job in general. However, again, they do not give you a foot or leg massage at all-even just a little one. The studio has been my favorite nails spot for years!! Tina was referred to me so long ago and I love her, she's always on time & is so sweet! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my nails. She fits me in whenever & I loveeee the fact that you can book apts online makes it so easy with my busy schedule! I was getting regular polish forever but working at a hair salon it would always chip so when I started with Tina she switched me over to gel polish and I never looked back she is truly amazing & talented! I never leave unhappy! My boyfriend is an athlete who is always on his feet and he swears by Jennifer's pedis!!Everyone at the front desk is amazing & so friendly! I’ve been going to the studio for 4 years now. From the beginning, I loved that it was upscale, great staff that I could actually talk to, and a decent price. Well, the price went up a year ago due to new management. I was okay with it because I loved it there. Today I went and the prices have gone up again and now there’s no WiFi or service in the salon anymore. I missed some work related calls due to this. Where is this increase in money going? The studio has been my recent go-to nail salon. They are near where I work and basically can handle walk-in which I need due to my unpredictable work schedule. You can also book appts online directly through yelp which is pretty neat. The studio is more than just a nail salon they pretty much offer all beauty services. They occupy two different locations in the plaza. The large, original location is where nail services are done and they have a smaller hair salon on the side. A few doors down there is a separate space I have never been to but they offer different types of massage, reflexology etc. I have only used the nail services.They have a TON of chairs for pedis and tables for nails. I have never walked in with an extensive wait. It is very clean and they just did a major upgrade on the pedi chairs. They always had the massaging pedi chairs but they upgraded them to these crazy cool ones that massage all your back and even your butt. It's like something you'd see at sharper image. I don't use a dedicated tech I but I have had good service from everyone who has done my nails. I highly suggest the studio for anyone looking for a quality nail service in a clean space without needing an appt. Read Less

If you've never been, you're in for a treat! From the fantastic attention and detail in the design of every room, to the amazingly polite and courteous service. The staff members are very service driven and are very good at their trade. From massages at the Massage Bar are phenomenal, the nail services are great at the Salon & Day Spa are impeccable!... Based on experience, once you find the tech that you like, stick with them. From cutting or shaping your nails, to how you speak to one another. I really wanted to like this studio. It's nice and modern and the staff was friendly. However, my actual nexgen mani was horrible. I will say I am very picky with my nails, so maybe I just got the wrong tech, but it seemed they were more concerned with doing a quick job rather than a perfect job, which was what I was expected for a $38 manicure. The polish is completely uneven, the coffin shape is so poorly done and nails were not filed evenly, one is already chipped. Honestly disappointed :( Read Less

i came here to get my hair done and the stylist Jenn Renee I got was beyond amazing. She over exceed my expectations with the foil she did. Jenn then referred me to waxing services for my eyes brows and face. I am overly pleased with mei who has made my eyebrows perfect. I've never been complimented on my eyebrows in my life until she started waxing and shaping them. I also get pedicures done by ivy who is beyond great. I lived back in Boston and had the same nail lady for 20 years, ivy is better than my nail lady back home. I have terrible ingrown toenails and nobody in south Florida could get them out until I met ivy. I'm very pleased with my hair, waxing, and nails at this establishment and it's worth the 25 minute ride from boynton beach. I feel beautiful every time I leave the studio. Read Less

I have been coming to The Studio for almost 4 years now. It's super close to my house and everyone there is always really friendly. I almost always go to Jennifer for my eyebrows. For nails, I try to make an appointment with Bebe because she is AMAZING. But there are times where I come without an appointment & I am still seen right away. I have been given many nail techs for my nails, for whenever I don't have an appointment and they are all great. They let me know what's best for my nails and they do a great job. I have been here several times. Dedicated nail studio & a separate spa as well. I have gel nails and get gel polish. I have tried 2 different nail techs. Both okay. All seem to be in a hurray. Corners/sides of nails not polished. I have to ask to wash my hands before my polish is applied. You should schedule an apptmt, as they are usually busy. I am currently going through chemotherapy-induced neuropathy. I use this place to help with pain control as well as physical therapy on my hands and feet. The reflexology package is such a great deal. Not only do you get traditional reflexology of the foot but they work on the arms legs back shoulders neck and head. For $35 plus tip. I visted this salon years ago when it first opened it was good but nothing special.  Fast forward to the last year and it's now my go to salon. I came back here because the salon down SR 7 takes forevvvvver to get you out of there so I came here one day out of frustration and have been here a year since.  My go to guy is Kevin. I just had a baby so time is critical for me. I love that I can always trust him to get me in & out I literally get my pedicure with gel polish & a fill with gel polish in under 1hr 10min! One time he got me out in 56 mins! He makes sure my nails aren't bulky and his work is consistent . The reflexology spot down the plaza owned by them is good too been there 3xs. I love it here! The place is ALWAYS clean, looks beautiful inside, everyone is friendly and they are very nice to me. I only have good things to say. I have been coming here twice a month for 7 years now and I always go to Ana. She is wonderful and I have never had a bad experience. She is a great manicurist as well as a really good person. Over the years there have been a few times when she was unavailable and I absolutely could not wait to get my nails done, so I went to Sue and Cindy. Both of them were really good too and I was always happy with the jobs they did in Ana's absence. I recommend this place all the time to people when they compliment me on how nice my nails look! Place was horrible. I went in there for a acrylic full set and wanted the nails to be in stiletto shape. I asked SUE if she could do this and all she could said is that it's extra..... IDGAF can you do them she said yes. So we sit down I try to engage in convo and ask her how I should arrange my two colors she said "don't ask me I don't care" long story short my nails are horrible SUE is horrible and should be fired I wanted a refund but couldn't and what pisses me off more they couldn't refund me but they asked if I could come back... my nails were suppose to be done today for an event then I'm headed back home and if one person can't do my nails right what's makes you think the next person can???
