LOVE LOVE LOVE this nail salon! Clean, great customer service, and ALL the girls do a phenomenal job. As mentioned by another reviewer, they do require a deposit but only to avoid clients who make an appointment but then don't bother showing up and not calling ahead to cancel. I recently went to this salon again. I used to see Marcy but apparently she left. Unfortunately, they lead me on to believe that I had an appointment specifically with Marcy, but when I got to the salon, they told me she was no longer there. So long story short, I had to settle for a different nail tech. Even though I had an appointment with "Marcy," I still had to wait an additional 20 minutes. The techs can't really do the nail art I was used to in the past. The salon is cute and clean but the atmosphere seemed a little off. They charge a deposit for each appointment, which to me, seems asinine. I can't see myself ever coming back simply because the customer service is not what it used to be when Marcy was managing the salon. You can't even ask the techs a simple question without them getting annoyed or making a face... BUYER BEWARE, MARCY IS UNFORTUNATELY NO LONGER AT THIS SALON. Read Less

After reading about this salon on Yelp I decided to give it a try today.  Fortunately they had some cancellations and could take me right away (appointments are recommended).  What a relaxing experience!  I received a friendly welcome, selected my color, and was offered a beverage (wine was an option). My technician, Tamieka, was professional, very friendly and highly skilled.  She took her time, was very precise and gave me a great leg and foot massage.  The salon was very clean, the decor was bright and contemporary and the music was great.  All in all an experience that put me in a good mood for the whole day. Found this place on Yelp. Decided to go because it looked different than every other nail salon. I didn't have an appointment and they were able to take me (appointments usually best). They give you a small glass of wine for each service. The place was very clean. Love that they use plastic in the foot basin. Aside from the fact that they give you a glass of wine per service (mani & pedi = ) the place is super clean and cute but most importantly, the technicians actually know and care about what they're doing (which I found hard to come by in a market that's saturated with a nail salon at almost every intersection.) I love this nail salon. The nail techs are all so nice and friendly and they always do a great job. I've been with most of them but I prefer Geliz. This is one of the only places where I haven't had skin broken during the cutical pushing and removal process. Everything is incredibly clean as well. I highly suggest this salon.Read Less

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! It was amazing! It was super clean and chic! I have not seen my hands and feet look this great since I moved to south Florida. Agne did my pedi and she was super sweet! She took her time and made sure it was perfect. Geliz did my mani and OMG she is an amazing! Alice was working with someone right next to me but that didn't stop her from engaging in convo with us! She was super fun with her cat stories! Super laid back and cool staff! Although they do have great techs and do a great job.... Unfortunately I got an infection after my pedicure.  The salon itself is ok. It's always very cold in there and the techs are not allowed to adjust the thermostat.  The manicure chairs are dirty and the tables are dingy. Read Less

Wow, how refreshing to find an affordable nail salon and all the people who work here speak English! I had Alice for two pedicures and today a gel manicure. She is the best and I believe she is the new manager of the salon! I love that she takes her time and is very precise! Many women will tell you heartbreaking stories of how they lost the nail tech they loved.  That was my story.. my tried and true left my old nail place without a trace.  Finding a new nail salon with great nail techs ain't easy!Enter in Pour and Polish.  After multiple very disappointing nail appointments around the county, I was recommended Pour and Polish.  It is right down the street from my office and they offer some later appointments, so I headed over there after work one night.I walk in.... squeeeeeeeee!  It was so cute!  Clean, modern, a lovely wine dispenser at the far end wall.  All of the nail techs there were super nice, even if they weren't doing my nails they were friendly and talked with me.I got my gel mani and spa pedi and couldn't have been happier!  Great work with so much attention to detail.  I never felt rushed even though I was their last client of the day.What else is amazing about this place?  Loyalty cards!  You get a free service after you fill it up AND a bottle of wine!  Also, you get $5 off when you refer someone.  They really show their appreciation to their loyal customers.  Well, they have converted me!  This is now my new nail salon and I am never turning back! We were looking for a salon while in town for vacation and thanks to other Yelpers we found Pour and Polish. What fun. The ladies were friendly and super nice. Accommodating to our last minute schedule and certainly a reasonable price.My daughter only needed polish on her toes and fingers and at the age of 7 I wasn't interested in a ful mani/pedi.
