I don't like painting my nails and do minimal nail care myself so I always have to pay for a manicure when I need to get them done for fancy events. However, I can recognize good nail work when I see it and these ladies are amazing! My friend bribe me to go there and told me to ask for Rachelle... Went there but Rachelle was booked so since I was there I went with someone else name Johanne... Omg. Since I was in a rush... Being new to Boca, I went to this nail place trying out a nail place in the area. I made an appointment. Once I got there, they took me right away which was great. The women doing my pedicure cut my toe when she was trimming my nail. This is understandable. I get that accidents happen. I am not that fussy. Until, she basically yelled at me that I am bleeding. The whole nail salon basically heard and I was very embarrassed. This is still not the reason why I decided to make a review. Then, she decided to not wear gloves anymore. This is very unhygienic and really bothers me. Well, I figured maybe she got blood on her gloves and forgot to put it on. I waited until she got done scraping the instead of my toe nail. Before we get to me confronting her, she decided to try and scrape my bleeding toe. I told her to please stop and too just leave that toe alone with the scraping for today. She didn't get why and asked why she can't. Then shortly after, she still has not put the gloves back on and so I asked her why everyone else is wearing gloves and she is not. I explained I would feel better if she wore gloves. I didn't want to embarrass her so I spoke quietly. (Just incase maybe it was a simple mistake and she just forgot to put them back on) She yelled literally the whole nail salon heard and turn to us. She yelled at me telling me no or she will cut me again. So, I decided after she was done to tell her I will be not getting my nails or eyebrows done. She acted like nothing was wrong. So, the lady at the front desk asks why I am not getting my nails done. I explained how after she cut my toe she stopped wearing gloves. And I asked her very politely if she could then she refused. Therefore, I am unhappy and just want to leave. She goes "Oh really? She always wears gloves!" I said "Well apparently not today. I have photos if you don't believe me." I showed her one photo. She made an excuse that they do not wear gloves while painting. I said Ok, if that was true then fine. But, everyone else in the row was wearing gloves while painting. And also, she took off her glove way before painting my toe. The nail lady next to my nail lady came over to get something by the front desk. The front desk women asked her If she heard what happened. The nail women next to mine explained she heard what happened and that my nail women decided to take off her gloves. She claimed they were too big and that is why she cut me. Then, the front desk women asked if I wanted someone else to do my nails and eyebrows. I said I think I am good for today. I ended up giving a 3 dollar tip. She gave me a free manicure card. The free manicure card is why this nail salon got two stars from me. Let's hope my foot doesn't get infected. Read Less

Nail Depot truely acts out the saying ""service with a smile."" Kelly at the desk is just a doll, she is so kind hearted and always finds the perfect time to make me an appt. The owner Rose is so sweet, she always makes sure all of her clients are comfortable and pleased with their nails. The salon is so peaceful and relaxing and is the perfect place to escape the real world even if its only for and hour or so. I fully recomend Nail Depot. Read Less

I love going to the nail depot for manicures, pedicures and waxing. I have had gel nails for over a year and am thrilled with them. Teresa does a fabulous job and always makes me feel like a million bucks!! In addition, my two teenage daughters are treated so well, they have also become regulars.
