I had my nails done once by John. I have never had my nails done this nice. They also lasted a good three weeks. They would have lasted longer but my nails grew out and I did up picking at them which was totally my fault. I cannot wait to go there again. Amazing variety of polishes as well

Star Nails uses a new process called SNS which costs more but is worth every penny as my nails last weeks without chipping or breakingI will never go anywhere else. This place is fantastic

I got my nails done here and within a week they started to pop off and they charged me for every nail that came off... I went some where else

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I would NEVER recommend going here ever!!!! I had an appointment and I noticed they were understaffed.I kindly walked up to the owner and asked if it would be okay if I came back tomorrow around the same time since I have already waited 30 min past my set appointment because they were so understaffed. He looked at me but didn't say anything, So I asked again waiting for an answer. He looked up at me and rolled his eyes and said "yeah, fine whatever.' I couldn't believe how much time and money I've spent there to have such poor treatment. Never go here!!
