Love Cosmo Nails! Chi and her team are all warm, friendly & oh so talented! Opened by Chi's aunt almost 20 years ago, Cosmo is a Belleair institution. I always leave relaxed and feeling pampered. They offer all the usual services plus free hand nail art, which is sometimes hard to find. The space is light, bright & cheery...and clean!Give Chi a call and tell her Shauna sent you!
