I would love to give this place 5 stars because the nail tech I had did an amazing job when it came to massaging my legs. He got out all the kinks and didn't massage one area so long that it started to hurt. But sadly, it was too good to be true; he totally messed up my nails. He missed the side of one nail and then knocked another nail with my shoe and didn't even offer to fix it (I did ask him to though). Then when my nails were drying I sat for maybe five minutes and he rushed me along by spraying my toes with the dry spray and I knocked my toe AGAIN in the process and he walked away quickly so I wouldn't ask him to fix it. I got a pedicure with no color and it was the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten. I’m not sure the mans name but he was great. Also, whenever he did the hot wax and towels on my legs I thought he was doing the Deluxe without my asking (I’ve had that happen elsewhere). However, in the $25 pedicure hot wax and hot towel is included! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because he took a scrub brush to the top of my feet and it was too rough. Read Less

I have gone to this nail salon multiple times... I have had excellent service and very poor service. Unfortunaley my past 3 visits have not been satisfying. My pedicure was rushed (even though they were not busy), the French tip pant chipped after only a few days, I felt like the person doing my pedicure was not trained throughly, and I felt like a number... Not a client. I've been loyal to this place for my pedicures and I've tried to stick it out but I will be taking my business else where. I must say they are the cheapest around 20-25 for a pedi isn't bad at all so I guess I can't complain at all about the price.... I also have to remember you always get what you pay for. Read Less

I had a very nice visit for a pedicure today. When I called for an appointment, the receptionist asked if I could come straight away. She seated me immediately and started the water. My provider appeared and set to work, asking how I was doing and then turning to her processes. The shop is clean, although I think it could use a little more ventilation to clear the acrid odor of the nail polish and acrylics used. The whole pedi took about a half hour with massage and wax treatments. I expect I shall return her. It's a better value than the one I normally use, and just as nice, except for the smell. Read Less
