Yesterday I walked into Oasis, I told Christal that I wanted to work towards my natural color which is almost gray. I didn't know if I was ready for it or not. She gave me a couple of choices and I asked her opinion and we decided on which way to go. I didn't see it until she was completely finished and she prepared me before she turned me towards the mirror but I have to say she did a fantastic job that I was extremely happy with. Scheduled an appointment two weeks ago here. Spoke with the stylist this morning. Looked forward to using this salon. After communicating with the stylist she dropped our appointment. Even though she stated she wouldn't have enough time to do my daughters hair for personal reasons I felt like she had seen the length (I had sent a pic) and didn't want to take the time to do it. I felt it was very unprofessional and I was seriously upset that we had waited for weeks for this appointment and it was cancelled. Called another salon nearby and explained the situation and they will be happy to have my business since Oasis didn't. Read Less

Horrible experience i just left there. And my 11 year old got a hair cut and they used tinning shears only I got charged $18. And my 12 year old just trimmed not even 1/2 inch and charged $25.00. Will never walk in there again. Worst experience will never recommend to anyone. Read Less

There's not a day I don't walk into the salon and the ladies greet me with a smile on their face! Each and every lady in the salon loves what they do say in and day out, everyone's out going and very caring as to what you'd like done as their client! I spent my birthday being pampered by Cindy and Lisa and so appreciate all the ladies did for me. Cindy was able to wrestle my hot mess of hair and sent me away looking beautiful with a healthy head of hair. I promise that I'll at least come in to rebeautiful on at least a quarterly basis lol. I will never go to another salon as long as I live close enough to this gem. The stylists are easy to communicate with & will have you looking & feeling like a princess! This is a very special place as the stylists are good honest people, making sure their clients look and feel wonderful without it costing an arm and a leg. Loved it! My new haircut is perfect and the stylist was friendly without being awkward. The parking lot is very small but I imagine they couldn't fit too many appointments in the building at one time anyways. Also, their address is listed incorrectly or gives wrong directions; I was 'navigated' to the wrong part of town due to this. Perhaps they've moved recently?? Read Less
