The customer service is horrible since they've changed office managers. Everything is a joke to him. The prices posted is never the price you pay. They laugh at customers and make fun of then. They are more interested in watching movies than doing nails.
One tech cut my nails so short I had to have a new set, at my expense.
Only reason I gave them one star is because that was the only way I was able to post my message

Charged 25 dollars just to paint my toes because they used gel polish...i have never in my life been charged that much for gel polish...at most 5 dollars extra...and then messed up the design and woul...
Charged 25 dollars just to paint my toes because they used gel polish...i have never in my life been charged that much for gel polish...at most 5 dollars extra...and then messed up the design and wouldnt fix after askin repeatedly! Do not reccomend at alll!!!!

poor service. So i've lived in Bartow all my life and was going here for quite some time but one day, one of the techs messed up my acrylic, it was crooked so i brought attention to it, they said it ...

So i've lived in Bartow all my life and was going here for quite some time but one day, one of the techs messed up my acrylic, it was crooked so i brought attention to it, they said it wasn't when it clearly was, then asked another customer if they thought it was crooked. The customer stated it was indeed crooked. the tech refused to fix it, when I asked to have the nails removed and stated I had to pay for the service even though it wasn't completed and the service itself and customer service was poor. tech then threatened to call the cops on me if I didn't pay for the poor service that was provided, at this point, the acrylic was only on one hand and all of the nails had not been filed. I will never go here again.

This place is absolutely fantastic!! They took me in for a fill and wax even though it was close to closing time after my usual place wouldn't. So guess what? I believe I will start coming to Hollywoo...
This place is absolutely fantastic!! They took me in for a fill and wax even though it was close to closing time after my usual place wouldn't. So guess what? I believe I will start coming to Hollywood from now on. The people were sweet and the tech....she did a great job!!

I've been going here for years...best place in Bartow to go. The people are always friendly, and prices are affordable. And as for the first review with 1 star...there has NEVER been a TALL skinny man...
I've been going here for years...best place in Bartow to go. The people are always friendly, and prices are affordable. And as for the first review with 1 star...there has NEVER been a TALL skinny man that works here, she must be confused as to the location she went to...unless she's only 3 foot tall herself!!

I went to this salon to do my nail and this people are very rude.The young lady who did my nail was rude and unprofetional. Never again I stay with tip and toes.

If i could give a 0 star I would!!!! Horrible service. I went in for a pedicure and the tall thin Oriental guy cut my foot while using the razor!!!! I didn't realize until after I got home that my foo...
If i could give a 0 star I would!!!! Horrible service. I went in for a pedicure and the tall thin Oriental guy cut my foot while using the razor!!!! I didn't realize until after I got home that my foot was bleeding!!! When I went back with photos the owner tried to convince me that this was normal....really lady!!!! will never again go to this place again & I suggest you find another business to provide a relaxing experience
