I have been here several times and the owner is friendly and tries to meet the needs of everyone. Although they are very busy you don't seem to get the person you want. I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted and she said she could do it. They look nothing like what I wanted and instead of fixing them she said they look good. I showed anothee customer and they said they look horrible. Uneven the polish is not fully covered. I sat in my car crying for about 10 minutes before leaving. I got them done for my sisters wedding and didn't have time to go somewhere else to get them fixed. I will NEVER return and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know not to come here. I have never spent over 3 hours to get a mani and pedi! After getting nails done did as I was told and sat my hands under the light to dry, I stayed longer to insure my nails we dry. Got out to my car and 4 of my fingernails were smeared. Never going back Read Less

This is a decent place just have to be careful who you get some people are rougher then other. This is not my normal salon. My husband wanted to try this place for his for pedicure so we tried it. I thought it was ok. They were busy but the woman I got did leave a sorry on my foot not paying attention to what she was doing. 2nd time I've gotten a fungus after getting feet done. Need to clean the spas out with some bleach or other cleaner. I could clearly see yuck floating in the supposed to be clean water. Found a new place that uses a new liner between pedicures ..much more sanitary. Read Less

Iv been getting pedis for years and have never had any issues. I'm new to the area so I wanted to find a nail salon up where I live now so I stopped by. After waiting for about an hour soaking my feet in water that was once warm I finally was services. The women who's name I won't reveal said I had an ingrown toe nail and started digging at my big toe. Taking her professional advice I went ahead and let her do what she needed to do. A few weeks went by and I took the polish off to only find out I had contracted some type of nail fungus from this place!!!! Tried this place out because it was close and convenient ... Didn't do a bad job on my nails, a bit thick and flat ... BUT .. DID NOT like the comments between workers regarding clients ...I don't think they knew I speak and understand 27 different languages and dialects .... I guess if I was the manager I would remind ALL workers to keep their thoughts to their selves and NOT chat with each other about clients in front of clients and giggle an laugh about the client they are servicing.... (I understood every derogatorily statement said about me and the lady next to me) ....since you as service givers don't know if the person in front of you knows what you are saying about them or not and I think it shows such a lack of RESPECT.. do your workers think its funny to make fun of your clientele ?? I had such high hopes for this salon as it was recommended by a colleague at work. Well it was such a dreadful experience I felt I needed to warn others rather than recommend. My fingers were butchered to say the least, 8 out of 10 fingers were cut and bleeding. The nail technician had such a bad attitude and was so rough!! U say we do such a horrible job but u still came back to us. Especially looking for Tom. So all that nasty comment u made about us choke on your words mam!!!! And for the record we have been open 9 years and have never failed an inspection so the part about ur friend almost getting an infection is a complete lie because if it were true then we wouldve had a complaint from her. I havent seen u since we remodeled and i think tom is pretty glad too. Our business isnt hurting any so if u choose to not come back then thats fine good luck finding a place that do what we do. Great Nails, Friendly Staff always do a nice job~ this place has been here at least five years, recent remodel really fancied up the place and mad it more Luxurious to treat yourself. The manager is super nice and sweet and handles any problem for you, she does great nails too! I highly recommend this Nail Salon & Foot Spa. I'm never going back there. I've been going there since they first opened. It gets worse all the time. They are rude, speaking Vietnamese. And it's about you. They rarely do a decent job. And if you go back it always your faught . I have left there with bubbles in my nail polish. It wouldn't dry hours later it would be gummy and roll back. I have noticed that the thec. Come and go. I know it is because of the owner Kim.she is very disrespect ful to her employes and customers..I was in there one morning . I had an appointment at a certain time but not Any special tech. She came flying in the door at 9:30 which was my appt time . Spoke Vietnamese to one of the girls and took her client , which she had already started and push me over to her. The tech was already set up for her client and had to reset for me. It's almost like Vietnamese slavery. I can name many other incidents. For example one of my friends was getting a manicure there . They cut her cuticle and got blood she almost lost her finger due to infection.. To my friends I would say find another place. Thats what I plan to do.
