I’ve been going to Creative Nail for over 2 years now, and I absolutely love it. Than is an amazing nail technician and the products they use are great. I can typically keep a healthy nail fill on for 3-4 weeks without breaks or chips! Highly recommend. Read Less

I don't find some of these reviews helpful in that the customer is complaining about an overwhelmed Co-owner of a nail salon; oh-so-coincidentally the SAME nail technician at that! These reviews honestly seem a bit exaggerated if not mostly fictitious and totally self-contradictory. If one person feels they have a better reason to cry about his/her open love then: first of all, what are you really doing in such a negative frame of mind to begin with and, secondly how do you determine THAT which the nail technician cries over is in fact NAILS, AT ALL!?!?? I have been going here for 2 years. Tony does my nails and he is super at what he does! Whatever shape or length, he'll do it! Just by chance I called and Than told me to come in. Well to my surprise Tony was off and Than proceeded to do them. They looked terrible, I kept telling her I didn't like the shape and they were thicker than usual. She just kept asking do you like...after saying not really...I have up and paid, tipped(dumb ass) and left! The next day I filed then down into the shape I wanted. So now I am stuggling keeping clear polish on them. Yesterday was 2 weeks, they usually last a month! This is a great review for Tony and a not so good for Than! Read Less

Don't ever tell the lady owner any critism, she will flip out and yell and throw a big fit like a 2 yr old child. my only day off after a long stressful week I decided to come here again to get my nails done. when she was done I told her to paint over the pink and white because she did an awful job. She held every finger crooked and the lines were not in even with the stiletto tips. She's continuing to yell and fuss at me calling me who knows what in their native tongue. I'm getting yelled at while asking for proper service. She asked me if I like them and i dont. She starts crying and yelling now over nails...... meanwhile I just buried my father in law. There are far worse things than crying over a customer's constructive criticism. thank you Tony for acting professional and fixing your child wife's awful service. Juvenile business owner who yells at guests like they don't have things going on in their own lives. If you can't handle critism then that lady is in the wring industry. I was originally very impressed with this place. However, I had gel polish removed with a grinder and my natural long nails were destroyed! They are now very thin and all broken. It has been 5th weeks and they are still stubby and no thickness. .they are paper thin! I am very disappointed and will NEVER go back!!!!! She over ground 4th hem and soaking in acetone for 30 plus minutes is horrific! Read Less

I don't normally write reviews but I've got to say this was the worst experience I've ever had I didn't want to correct her to much but also I was paying for service so I corrected her atleast 4 times I left so disappointed my nail looked like I got them done two weeks ago they are uneven and the Polish and design look like a child tried to do them. I had tipped her before she started to Polish and I honestly if I wasn't a nice person I would have asked for it back!!Read Less

I've been having my nails done by them for two years. They're professional, very friendly, with a clean and welcoming atmosphere. I won't go anywhere else to have my nails done. Once you find the best, you just forget the rest. Definately would recommend. Read Less
