They do a good job but have no respect to your appointments this has happened to me numerous times where I have to wait for at least half hour waiting for them to finish up their clients. Yet if your late they will let you know . Not a good thing for business as moms we have a loaded schedule so respecting appointments is important especially when we tip you well and there on time. I went to get polish change on my hands and feet because I had an event to attend so I needed something quick. It was really busy. I got in quickly. Young girl started working on my feet. Started out ok until she was apply the polish, I got French. It’s not too bad but could have been better. Then she was working on my hands. My nails are not that short. She did not file then or shape them. She just started applying polish. She started out ok until she got to index finger. She had to do it like 3 times. Then when I tell her the shape is different she says that she can’t file because she put on polish. By that time I was annoyed, told her to just put it on so I can go. I then paid after drying nails. I got home, took shower and noticed that the polish was coming off nails. Will not go back to this place. Read Less

First time coming here and loved it! They did such a great job. They have a lot of pedi/mani options to choose from infused with different things. Best place I have been and they use  sterile  tools! I got home with my perfect mani/pedi and my daughter stepped on my toe! I came back and they saw me right away and fixed it without any problem. I went to get a full set and not even a full 24 hours later the stones fell off. One week later I decided to just go to a different shop and soak the acrylic off and start a fresh set but couldn’t! Why? Because the nail tech told me I could’ve had an infection growing fungus on my actual real nail due to dirty nail tools used on my full set prior ! !!!!! I had the healthy nails service today and pedicure. The pedicure was fine and the healthy nail service was fine but I noticed white spots on my nails and the tech said not to worry as the top coat dries it will go away. It did not and I pointed it out to the owner and she just got loud and aggressive saying that it happens sometimes and nothing she can do because it is already done. She said the only thing that could be done is to paint over them with regular polish. Very disappointed as she blamed it on the product and did not offer to correct the problem or discount the service. She said it is not that bad if you don't look at it close up. This is my go-to nail salon since its so close to where I live. I usually get a pedicure and manicure, sometimes also get my brows down but its ever so often to get them touched up. I love getting my pedicure done here since they have different spa treatments, usually get ocean or lavendar scented pedi. Im a lot more laid back when it comes to my manicure, usually something simple- dont like acrylic nails but ever so often I do like the gel polish (they have so many color options). This place is usually fairly priced in comparison to other places, on average spend between 25- 35 dollars for manicure OR pedicure, if you are going all out expect to spend at least $60 plus usually recommend a tip. Last thing to mention about this place is that if you happen to become a regular they do have a punch card, so after 10 visits you get $10 off your next service so ask them about that. Overall never had any issues with this place, usually meets my low maintenance expectation as I prefer the simple mani/pedi. Only reason it is 4 versus 5 stars is that they have long waits when the place is busy and one time Ive had to wait over an hour..which sucks but I realize they do take appointments and do their best to see clients on time. I love coming here , the staff is great . I love tony and yen ... I HATE waiting over an hour to get my nails filled and Or a pedicure ...I make appointments and this always happens . Makes me not want to come back here . I arrived at 9:50 am and didn’t leave till 12:50 all I wanted was a pedicure and a fill .... she took the nails I had on off she was going to use my real nails (I like having the nails on ) then she put a whole new set on and after everything charged me $60 after being there 3 hours .... This place used to be great, but the customer service, client wait and shop management leaves much to be desired. I come to a nail shop to relax. Bit not here because I'm always wondering who is going to walk in and get serviced before me which happened more than once. Sat there for 45 minutes. I took a different route home today. This new route let me to find VIP nails. I got a VIP pedicure and gel manicure. My foot massage was amazing and they didn't skimp on the coats of nail polish. My gel manicure came out perfect and I have massage very pleasant as well. Will definitely take this detour home get my nails done at VIP again. Read Less

I've been going to this place for the past four months, and I've been really pleased each time. They have a lot of different options, and I love that I can get a longer massage during my pedicure if I want. Also, this is one of the only places around that has what they call the "cheese grater" for pedicures, which is great because I'm a runner. The prices are fair and the service is good. My only criticism is that the pedicures take a long time, up to 2 hours, and I get a bit restless after a while.
