I come here with my wife and we get our feet done together and she gets her nails don’t as well. My lil treat to her and myself. Hamy is a very polite and Accommodating and meet all expectations. I hate how people bash this place their prices are great they have stuff that no one has even older style stuff and design my wife and I leave happy every time. Don’t believe everything you hear. He banned me because I called their Baton Rouge Lousiana corporate office and told them how poor their customer service skills are. He said If I showed up there he would call security. Keep in mind their nail services are mediocre at best. This is retaliation at it's finest. There is only ONE good nail tech there that I go to. The others are garbage. Banned!One of the workers banned me from coming to the Apopka, FL location inside of Wal-Mart because I reported their poor customer service to the corporate office in Baton Rouge Louisiana. He told me I could take my business elsewhere because I was too hard to please and that he would call security if I showed up. Really?! Lol. Keep in mind their nail services are mediocre at best. This place deserves 0 stars. My sister and I came here and they were completely rude to her. They always try to make new people do eyebrows knowing they don't know what they're doing. The result was that they messed up one of my sister's eyebrows and got mad when she REPEATEDLY asked them to fix it. Like WHY would we pay you when you haven't completely finished your job. They're just trying to make that quick $8 for the day. Then as we were leaving they tried to scam my sister saying eyebrows were $9 and I said NO I was charged $8. How are you gonna try to get a tip when you KNOW you messed up. I no longer come here for my nails nor eyebrows. Read Less

I'll start with the pros. There was no wait, it was fairly clean, staff is friendly although they do not speak much English, and they zip through the process; I've never had my nails done so quickly. The con is that my cuticles look terrible. The polymer/monomer mix is already peeling and cracking on all my cuticles. I noticed this yesterday and I've only had them done three days ago. I have an office job, I don't over sanitize, or use any chemicals that should cause this. The other pro is that the full set was only $25. You get what you pay for and I will never be going back (even if offered a discount or an opportunity to redo them as some businesses do to get you to change your rating). Where is the health department when you need then? The place is disgusting.  I don't  think the bathroom has been cleaned in years.  Dust, dirt, grime everywhere.  They sit around when the place is not busy, so no excuses. Read Less
