This place is awesome! I had a Powder dip nail polish which looks amazing they have so many colors to choose from. They took their time with my manicure and pedicure I felt totally pampered! I went once for a gel manicure only because it was closer than my normal place. I made an appointment online and didn't have to wait when I got there. They do seem to have a lot of colors for the dipping powder but the gel colors are lacking. I just wanted a deep red and the closest I could get was a purplish red. They are very clean and the tech did a great job with the polish. However, they only did two coats on my nails. When I hold them up in the light I can see right through them. My other place will continue to layer the coats of polish until you can no longer see through them. I am considering going back for dipping powder but wouldn't go again for gel. Another thing I don't like is they want you to pay with cash. They have a point system where you can get $10 after spending $250 but only if you pay in cash. I prefer to put all of my purchases on my credit card because I earn travel points which are more valuable to me than $10 off. I gave three stars because of the prompt service, the cleanliness, and the tech taking the time to do a great polish job. I took off two stars because they didn't have the color I wanted, they only put two coats on, and they don't want to take credit. Oh and two days later the gel polish started peeling off. Dainty Nails in Altamonte is a much better quality service and they have much better prices. Read Less

I love coming to Fanci Nails. They have such an amazing selection of the sns powder, I don't think I've repeated the same color twice, yet! I have been coming here since June of 2017 and absolutely love this place.  They are always very busy yet I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes at most. I have been going to Fanci Nails with a friend now for a few months and am very happy. I tried the dipping powder for the first time and am absolutely hooked! I can't remember the name of my nail tech but he is hilarious and great at what he does. The customer service was on point! They were very attentive and friendly. They acknowledge my sister and I right away as soon as we walked in. Sometimes as women we don't always go prepared and know what we want and/or we get indecisive with so many polish colors and styles lol But they were nice to attend to our needs and were able to help us narrow down our choices. Alice was great. The best SNS nails I have had done in the area since I first had them done in Atlanta. I will be returning to salon. The only reason I did not give a 5 star is because I felt rushed to pick a color and not from the sample ring but directly from the little jars of powder which were just sitting on a counter with no order to them rather than on a shelf more easily visible by individual colors as their nail polishes were.Read Less

Salon is quite beautiful, so good impression upon arrival. Started with a pedi and the bowl for feet was pretty, nice towel and warm something put around my shoulders. Was asked if I wanted a razor for callus, which is normal to me, but to be charged $5???Then on to my manicure.....I had a gel french, one hand was so bad it had to be redone. When I got home I had to fill the rough edges on that hand.When I was paying my 70 dollar bill is when I found out about the extra $5....I questioned it and even customers turned around in surprise saying "I know"....never before have I paid my bill and not given a tip! I visit this salon on two different occasions. Each time someone else came with me & we left not feeling satisfied. The first time I had got a pedicure and full set. I got a complete pedicure before my sister was even put in a chair to get her nails done, which was the only thing she wanted done. Then when getting her design, the person didn't even get the design close to what she wanted. Had to call someone else over to fix it. A few weeks later I returned again to give it another try & yet again wasn't happy. Tho the very young guy, still in his teens (didn't get his name but he was great & very polite) did a good job, I still wasn't happy with my experience. This time my cousin came with me & she was moved to THREE different chairs. The first person doing her nails didn't even know how to make the arch between the pink & white. To make it worse the nail artist somehow even super glued her finger to my cousins. This time I asked for brow waxing while getting my pedicure & again when getting my nails done but by the time they got done with my nails I just wanted out of there. My cousin also asked for stones on her nails, which didn't happen either. Sadly, I won't be returning to this salon. It's a shame & even while in the salon & expressing how unhappy we was all we got was a "sorry". Hopefully they will fix theses issues for their future guest. Read Less

Visited this place for the first time on 4/27/2017 for a pedicure and manicure! I was greeted nicely. The place looked very clean and had a pleasant aroma. Loved the variety of nail polish colors available. The pedicure chairs were very comfortable and they use new plastic covers in the feet basinet in between customers for extra hygiene measures. This review is based solely on their mani and pedi services. I give my experience 3.5 stars (rounded up to 4). I walked in on a Saturday evening and it was pretty busy. I was greeted by Jesse and told it was going to be about a 15 minute wait, ended up being 30 minutes but they did apologize. My nail tech, I believe her name was Alice was very sweet and friendly. Before coming here I checked out the prices. Services are discounted until April 30th as part of their grand opening promo. A mani & pedi is $31 right now, but regular is $39. I felt that is a bit pricey but since I live so close, I decided to check it out anyway. I'm not going to lie, I probably got one of the best pedicures I've ever had. It was pretty extensive for just a 'regular' pedicure as she used different soothing agents on my legs (cooling gel, hot towel wrap and all natural fruit scrub) and I was given a hot pack towel for my shoulders, it was all very much needed and made me fee relaxed! My manicure was okay, nothing spectacular but noting to complain about. She did a great job and my nails looked pretty. The employees seemed very focused on their clients and weren't chatty amongst each other like other salons are. The salon is very pretty, spacious and clean.
