This is the worst nail salon I've been to in my life. They charged me $10 just to take off the acrylic nails I already had (without telling me till after my nails were finished), even though I asked multiple times up front what everything would cost and never got an answer. I asked for my nails to be a little extra thick, but instead, the guy did them paper thin, to the point that after 2 days, the acrylic started coming off. I asked quite a few times before and during about prices and was told it depends on how long the tips are (I was never told I'd be charged for the removal of the old nails). So, I got them short (about a 1/2 inch from my finger) and the owner proceded to argue with me and tried to tell me they consider that long.  I also told the guy doing my nails that I wanted the regular topcoat. He talked me into getting the UV gel but failed to mention it would be an extra $5 (even though I consistently asked about the prices). I will never go back to that place. They were rude and apparently, will cheat the customer to make a buck. It came out to $35 for a full set of white tips...no designs, nothing. Just white tips. The money is not an issue, as I don't mind paying good money for nice nails and good service, it's the sneakiness and attitude I got from them. I definitely DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. I have found my new nail salon in Apopka.  First off let me say I am VERY picky with my nails and need perfection and neatness.  This nail salon is very relaxing and clean.  When you walk in you can just sense the calmness and the aura makes you want to stay.  Jonathan did my pedicure and he is great at what he does.  He took out my ingrowns and massaged my feet to the point I almost feel asleep.  Very relaxing pedicure.  Lisa did my manicure and she is amazing.  I got a new set of acrylics and showed her a design I wanted and she was able to deliver.  She was patient with me as was Jonathan. Lisa also did my eyebrows.  They really care about their customers here and always make sure you're okay. I recommend this place to anyone males and females.  The prices are very good too.  You won't regret coming here.  Thousands of times better than Lan Nails! Read Less

She did exactly what I wanted with my nails and their gel polish is really nice compared to my usual place. I can't wait to go back and get my fill and pedi! I was very pleased with the service I received. My pedicure was relaxing and well worth the amount I paid. I really liked the variety of services they offered as well. The only complaint I have is the owner tried to oversell the deluxe pedicure. Other than that, I was happy with my pedicure. My feet felt and looked great! Read Less

I love the way the work and have create a diversity of options and packages to chose from. Lisa does her job in an exemption all way!! They pamper you while there and make you feel extremely pleasant and know what you need. Is worth the time and money. The only thing sometimes is some delays specially on the weekends so just keep in mind it would be more preferable to make an appointment if you are considering to stop by on those days it if you are in a kind of a rush. The first time I went was with my sister and niece. That is also my last time. They convinced us to do gel on my niece because they guaranteed that it would last 2 weeks. My nails didn't even last 2 weeks. When I called them because my niece's nails started chipping that same day they gave me the run around and refused to reimburse their guarantee. These people owned and operated a nail spa in College Park for years. I would get my fill during my lunch hour and was ALWAYS please. I was so disappointed when they moved to Apopka ( I live in Maitland ). After going to several different places over the course of a year, I finally made the drive to Apopka and was thrilled that their quality and service had not changed. I also recommend their facials ! They are OUTSTANDING, REASONABLY PRICED and they don't try to sell you a bunch of products after the facial !!
