Just came in for a quick mani peti and I was appalled at their lack of friendliness. Nobody greeted me when I walked in or even showed me where to sit. The guy who did my toenails didn't even put my shoes on for me so I almost messed up the paint doing it myself. The lady who did my nails as I was getting the pedicure put a pillow over me and when she was done she just walked away and didn't take the pillow off or help me with my stuff or even show me where the nail dryer was. The process was fast and simple, but I've definitely been to many other nail salons that are a lot friendlier and have better customer service. Read Less

BEWARE!!! GO ELSE WHERE!!! Walked in ready to enjoy my appointment for a pedicure with a dear friend. We were told to go to the pedicure chairs. After about a 10 to 15 min soak one person started on me. I am unsure of her name but she wears square glasses. She proceeded to clip my toe nails which really didn't need it since I wasn't too far out from a last pedicure (not here though a much better place). She cut my nails so low my bulging pink skin was showing above the nail. So low that when she placed the oil on it burned. I then pointed it out and she acted as if she didn't understand me. She then proceeds to say I'm making it even. Even isn't down and below to the flesh where it's a millisecond from bleeding. She then pulls out cuticle clippers and instantly cuts to deep again. I asked her to stop and refused to have her finish my pedicure. When I pointed out why several workers acted as if they couldn't understand me. Eventually another woman came over and never said sorry and just finished my pedicure sloppy and fast. No one even offered an apology and they never said anything, and of course, no apology. However me and my friend did get they impression they were consistently laughing and talking about us. When she was done she got up, no I'm done here, slippers or anything.....just got up. I also noticed they didn't seem to be sterilizing their utensils and were not consistent with glove wearing. Also, a small tidbit but there is no where to sit your purse. This was a gift card I was using, and thank God because I would never spend a dime in a place with this poor customer service, and lack of knowledgeof how to properly cut and take care of nails!! Relaxing and great experience, everyone has always been so nice each time I've visited. The deluxe pedicure for $35 is a must! I also had a gel manicure done and love how well it's held up. My only complaint is that communication can be a little challenging. Read Less

Been a couple of times because they're convenient but would never go back again....Waited almost 1/2 hour for a fill then watched them take a walk-in Gel before me. Adequate manicure but there are many better and cleaner salons to choose from in the area. Read Less

Was in town visiting and needed a was badly for the beach weekend i had planned. I came in and they do walk-ins, so I had my underarms waxed, pretty acceptably. Nice sweet young woman. Quick and mostly painless. Now, bikini area. Granted I hadnt gotten waxed in a few weeks, but the experience was not only painful but also a little rough. They use latex gloves, which is fine and understandable. But when they're waxing such a sensitive area, and not doing a great job at it (think slow pulls so extra pain, large sections at once, etc.) feeling the latex rub against your skin makes it extra painful and unpleasant.The job got done but it was definitely one of the most painful waxing Ive ever gotten. I paid $35 for bikini wax and $25 for underarms... I dont think Id go back to this place. Just personal preference I guess. I need a little less roughness from the technician. Read Less

The guy that did my nails did a really nice job but the entire place was filthy. I watched another nail tech drop the tool he was using on this lady's nails on the floor and pick it right back up and started using it again. Gross. My reg nail place was closed today so I came here after finding it on yelp. They could be a really great salon if they cleaned it up-no doubt they would fail an inspection. Read Less

Went in for a gel manicure and asked to have my current nails cut just slightly. The nail tech cut my nails completely off, in varying lengths across both hands. Asked for a square oval shape and some nails are definitely more oval than square. The one nice thing is that the polish looks good. Read Less

Deluxe Pedi $35... can't beat it. I love this place. I got every few weeks for a pedicure. Everyone has been great with every nail technician (is that what you call them?!?). In addition to the pedicures, I often get shellac on my nails and I get waxing done here. Impressed all around with the level of service for the prices.Everyone is friendly, happy, and just plain great here. You can add a tip to the card. Perfect since I rarely have cash. Read Less

Went in for a gell pedi this evening and had mixed reviews. The lady did a good job painting but tried to dig for gold when cutting my toe nails. Be sure to specify if you want the Deluxe or a regular pedicure. With gell added and a pedi it could be $35 or $50 if not specified. Read Less

AMAZING service! Someone who's from out of town and who seeks perfection......I FOUND THE PLACE! Scheduled an appointment with my cousin and friend and they brought us in super quick! Got a mani-pedi for the usual $30 plus $10 tip (which was not really deserved to be honest). The woman who did my pedi did an amazing job, paid attention to detail and shaped my toenails perfectly. The manicure, however (by someone else), was sloppy and my cuticles look the same as they did when I went in. I guess it just depends who you see here. Will not go back. Read Less
