Do NOT go here if you are on a time crunch! I have booked an appointment two times with them and had to wait over an hour for my services. It is ridiculous that when I am guaranteed a time slot when I get there they told me that they are running 30 minutes late so I sit and wait and then 30 minutes later they tell me they need another 30 minutes. If I could I would give this place 0 stars. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT go here. These people who work here are HORRIBLE! I went to get my eyebrows cleaned up. Before she did it, she asked me if I wanted to do the tinting for $30 and I said no thanks just the regular price to clean them. Then she told me I have pretty eyebrows and asked me again if I wanted to get them tinted again. And once again I told her no just regular clean. When she was done I took a look in the mirror and 😳 WOW I couldn't believe she took off all my brows and made a piece where it's thick completely bald! I was so mad I told her how I felt and she told me that they were already like that. So I had no other choice but to get the tinting done so you can't tell where the bald spot was. Then the other lady messed up on doing that too. I complained to 3 different workers in there and the supervisor that I was completely unhappy. Still made me pay the $30. Never again going to this place. I'm so 😡 mad mad mad!!! Nobody ever messed up my brows like that until I came here. Worse customer service experience and completely unsatisfied. Worst experience ever. The manager chin is extremely rude and doesn't care how the customer feels about their experience or service. My friends nails looked like she needed them to be refilled and my nails were the wrong color so The technician just took the first layer off and put a lighter color ON TOP (it didn't work) my nails look AWFUL and fake when I didn't even get fake nails put on I did an SNS dip. I HAVE CUTS on all my cuticles because she thought the was the easiest thing to do as removing the old color. Then still had to pay full price. This place is horrible. Read Less

Straight to the point this place is the WORST EVER ! All the comments I see was the same experience it was my first and last time going there . Everyone was rude trying to make me pay more no one looks like, they have?any customer service experice. Do not waste your time and money here. The lady did a rough job on my nails and she kept trying to get me to spend more money while I was just trying to relax and enjoy myself. She kept asking me if I wanted this or that and had to repeatedly tell her no I want the regular deal. Then when she was doing my big toe she ripped my skin. Had my nails done this Saturday and very disappointed. Got full acrylic set with French gel and the nails are already lifting. Person who did my nails seemed like she was in a hurry to be done and rushed through the whole service. Very unhappy as I do not live in the area to go back and complain and have redone. Needless to say if I'm ever in the area again I will not frequent this salon. Very unhappy as to having to spend additional money to get this corrected before a trip I am going on. I just got a manicure with SNS polish and j will not be back. First of all, I asked how much and I was told $35. In the middle of the polish going in, I was told it would be $5 more dollars to clip my cuticles. It upset me that they were dishonest and not up front. My biggest issue, however, is how unclean the place is, and I didn't see any tools being cleaned. I left bleeding on two different areas of my nails, and the lady just put the tools back in her drawer without any sort of cleaning beforehand. Read Less

I've given this place many chances but after this visit, I'm not coming back. First off, I walk up to the counter and the lady is scrolling though Facebook or something on her phone and pays no mind that there's a customer standing in front of her. Just keeps scrolling. She finally looks at me but says nothing. So I ask her if I would be able to get a gel manicure (my nails were so long and I wanted to put gel on them so they would be harder to break). She seats me and another woman sits in front of me and pulls out a dirty box full of (opened) equipment to use on my nails. That should of been my first flag. Anywhere I've gotten my nails done, they've opened a sealed bag of sterile equipment in front of me. Anyways, she doesn't ask me what shape I want or how short I want them, she just pulls out the nail clippers and goes for my nails. I spoke up before she cut my nail and asked her if I could keep the length, just file them all into the squared shape I basically already had (again, I'm getting gel so that my LONG nails wouldn't break as easily) She literally filed my nails down to my finger. I file my nails at home so they already looked fine. There was no reason she needed to file them that much. AND the thumbs and ring fingers were way slanted. I could cut someone they are so pointy. Now, I'm too shy to speak up about this, plus she already seemed annoyed to be doing my nails so I just don't say anything about that. I guess I can't be upset about it since I didn't speak up. But the fact that I asked her to keep my nails long and she filed them as far as she could.. Ugh. She proceeded to put the cuticle lotion on my finger nails... It never even touched my cuticles. She used the metal cuticle pusher thing... Barely touched any of my cuticles. She pulls out the cuticle cutters and starts clipping. I'm in pain because she never softened my cuticles. Also, she clipped my skin a few times because she was watching tv. The rest was fine. She put the color on and was done. She was very quick to leave too. I went in with long, beautiful nails and came out with short and badly filed nails. Paid 30$ for a terrible "manicure". I'm not the type to leave bad Yelp reviews. I don't even normally complain about bad service either. I work with management in customer service. I understand what it's like to have bad days. I get it.  But every single time I go to this place, I get terrible service and always leave dissatisfied with how my nails look. Read Less

I am thrilled to report that Success Nails is NOT your average mall nail salon! They're SO much better!Sophia did my pedi a few weeks ago and was so thorough and sweet that I had to review, but I've had several ladies here give me great pedi's. Their chairs are super legit and I've never had to wait.  The wifi is free and they always have awesome chick flicks on the many large TV's circling the room.  The prices are totally reasonable and they have some great specials. If you're in Altamonte and need nail services, don't fear the mall nail salon! They're awesome! Read Less

Kim is a master at pedicures. She's kind. Doesn't pressure or upsell you us sweet and does a great job. She makes sure your feet and toes are clean and takes an extra few minutes to massages your legs knees and feet. I'm so happy I stumbled upon her!!!!!! Read Less
