I found this place online and went for the first one today. I got a fill with gel paint. I have a 4 because she could not find the first color I had picked so I had to choose again. However I think that my nails look better than when I originally got them done. She took her time and was very meticulous. I wanted my nails to look real and so I wanted them rounded. The woman also told me that if for any reason my nails chip or break in the next week to come back and she will fix them plus do them for free next time. This was the worst Manicure I've ever had, the nail tech totally ditched me before she was done so that she could start working on someone else for a pedicure. Then, after making me leave my hands under the UV light for an obscene amount of time, she came back to sloppily paint some cuticle oil on my fingers without taking her gloves off from the man's pedicure. Never Again!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE! This place truly sucks and not worth going regardless of cheap. I was there on monday trying it out and wasted $20 for nothing. First the place is not sanitized at all!!!!! There were fleas and mosquitos in the pedicure chair. The pedicure chair didnt even work! Then the special was mani/pedi for $25. Sat almost 2 hrs with an incompetent nail technician all for another nail technician to do my feet again. Didnt even do my manicure cuz after 2 hrs who the hell is going to sit thru another 2 hrs for manicure. To make matters worst, lady charged me $20 for a job that didnt last 1 day. If you just need your nails done, this is the place to go. It's cheaper than most places and they get the job done. My gel polish change and spa pedicure results were fine. The place seems to be ran by a mother and daughter. Mom is on the phone the whole time and the daughter is a little young and immature (but sweet! --just kept talking to me and I prefer to close my eyes during pedicures) so it is not a very relaxing experience, which is my favorite part about getting my nails done. -Nothing offered (water, wine, ect)-Short foot massage-No catering to you (had to put my own shoes back on, didnt help me with my purse, didnt try to ensure my comfort-No pain or cut cuticles Overall, if you quickly need to get your nails done and you're on a budget, this place is kind of ideal. Looks like I would have saved a lot of time and a headache if I would have reviewed the reviews in advance. I went to get a mani and pedi and waited over an hour as the lady lied to me that another worker was on their way. Over 2 hours later, my feet were painted but not my nails. As I did not have another 30 minutes, I paid for both services and was told that I could come back at any time. Long story short, I returned days later and was refused service and told that I could either pay again or wait for the owner to come do my nails. I had come to the salon about a year or so ago and so much has changed! Everyone was so friendly and at my service… The woman who did my pedicure did such an amazing job and didn't even rush as most places do and for only a couple dollars more, I was able to get the best exfoliating and extended massage ever! I had had a rough day, and after my experience here, everything melted away! I also did an eyebrow wax and Lena did a fantastic job! I also did a fill on my nails after and Lena made sure they were perfect! AND got treated so well and couldn't believe how affordable it all was! Awful. I didn't have to wait but I was overcharged. She charged me $20 for a basic fill no gel no French no pink white.. She got my shape wrong. I asked for a pointed look knowing my nails weren't long enough for a steep point but do the ends. She attempted a steep point anyway and ended up literally filing away at my finger tip skin then blaming me that my nails weren't long enough.They were not done consistently some are off in different directions. Its an abomination. I paid the outrageous fee and even left a $1 tip which she was lucky to get. After that I was passed off to a younger tech who was nice and offered to help but I needed to go back to work and I didn't want her to do more damage. The whole experience was painful she shaved away at my skin and filed too far down on the top. Horrible! Read the reviews. I went to have my nails done here yesterday. I started out with the daughter of the establishment..everything was going fine (in my mind) until she switched with her mother who I guess is the owner. Mom answered numerous calls as she was doing my nails. She also got up at one point to work on another clients nails. That client had all three employees work on her at different times for no particular reason.I could've dealt with all that but when it came time to do my polish the lady started complaining about her daughters job on my cuticles. She then proceeded to cut them until I was in pain. They look awful and still hurt today. I am using Polysporin to reduce the risk of getting an infection but now after reading the other reviews I'm that much more nervous.In short, my manicure looks awful and my nails hurt. I only hope that in a week or so my cuticles grow back without any kind of infection and I can go to one of my other places next time. Hopefully then I can write a positive review!!Do NOT go here. DO NOT GO HERE! The nail salon might look nice but it is UNSANITARY and the shopkeeper is a RUDE CROOK.I went here Wednesday August 19, 2015.strike 1, They seemed busy so I asked the shopkeeper owner of the store would they have enough time to take me because they close at 7pm and I came in 5:15pm.  She said "yes, just 5 minutes." So she had me sit in the foot tub and I ended up waiting 45 minutes! Naturally the water got cold and it wasn't a pleasant experience anymore.strike 2, The shopkeeper, rushed through my pedicure, so she could close the store instead of being just straight up with me and telling me she didn't have time to take me in today. What's worse the shopkeeper and other techs don't use gloves while doing pedicures...EWW!strike 3, By the time the shopkeeper was done with my feet it was 6:45pm and I told her I'm gonna skip the manicure cause I have to be somewhere by 7pm. But she insisted that my manicure will be quick and she'll have me out by 7pm...I should have known better. She finished my hands at 7:15pm.strike 4, While clipping my cuticles she cut my fingers twice! To the point that I was bleeding! Once on my left middle finger and once on my right thumb. Did not apologize for it, and proceeded to rub alcohol oh my finger nails vigorously causing more pain, I shrieked in horror! And yet still no apology!Strike 5, She asked me what color I wanted, and I said just 1 clear coat on my fingernails so it'll dry fast because I thought to myself if I got a colored polished there wouldn't be enough time to let it dry and the polish would smudge making the whole manicure not worth it. Right? So, the shopkeeper put a clear coat on my nails then pulled out the UV Lamp. Initially I thought because she knows that I'm in a rush, she's giving me the clear gel coat so it can dry in 60 seconds then leave. Boy was I mistaken...she proceeds to apply another coat and then another coat and then a final coat. All while I'm seething in pain and frustration under the UV Lamp because she cut my cuticles twice and they burned under the UV Lamp.Strike 6, Outside they have a sign, " Mon, Tue, Wed $25 Mani & Pedi Special!" That's what I wanted to do, so even after having the worst experience of my life at a nail salon, I still planned to pay for the services given, even though it was lack luster. At the cash wrap she says, "Okay, $30." I point to the sign outside, and she says "No, you got the gel nail polish so it's an extra $5." ...OH! so that's why you wasted my time and inconvenienced me by giving a service that I didn't ask for so you can make an extra buck off a person who you know isn't going to confront you later. I didn't argue, I just payed the shopkeeper and left. It's ok, I'm never coming back here.strike 7, And another thing, the whole time while the shopkeeper was doing my nails, she was on the phone loudly talking to her friend on speaker and attending to other customers while simultaneously doing my nails. Then some shady looking guy walks in with meat in a grocery bag trying to sell it to her, opening it in front of everybody and she just casually inspects the meat like it's all good and tells him to put it in the back refrigerator. Just completely shattering the relaxing experience of getting a mani/pedi is suppose to have.You could not pay me to go back to "Majestic Nails" for a mani/pedi on 434 in Altamonte Springs. I really liked it here. I am admittedly a pedicure junkie, so I'm surprised that I had never been here before. They were super accommodating, there was no wait for a Sunday afternoon, and they really took care of my feet (for only $20, might I add).It's hard for me to find a nice, budget friendly place for me to get my toes done where they actually take care of my feet. They removed my calluses, filed down my toe nails, and really polished them up. The pedicures start at $20, the manicures are just $10 extra to any pedi, and they have even better during week specials. I am completely coming back next time I feel the need to be pampered! DO NOT COME HERE!!! NOT SANITARY. Absolute worst nail salón experience I've ever had. I arrive and there are only two women, one working on a customer and the salon owner who is on the couch chowing down on corn on the cobb. She goes outside to deal with a man in a truck and hands him a handful of cash all while I'm standing in the salon waiting on her while she takes her time. She comes back and starts working on my nails. She laughs at one of my broken nails and proceeds to use one of the electric nail filers to sharpen her metal cuticle cutter in front of me. I notice none of the tools are sanitized but I prayed they had been before I came in. While she worked on my nails another strange man comes in to show her some frozen fish in a box that he is delivering to her and she tells him to put it in the back. She then cuts a huge chunk of my cuticle and I begin to bleed and barely apologizes. Another customer comes in and she makes her sit behind her so that she can work on her toes and my manicure at the same time not sanitizing anything all while the other worker sits in the back playing some loud show on her phone that she's watching.The salon owner then proceeds to take personal calls on speakerphone twice both like 10 minutes long while doing my nails.Most unprofessional salon I've ever seen. I've been here before with a friend and I had an awesome experience. This is my second time here. I came here because the other 2 nail places in the plaza wouldn't take a pedicure 45 minutes before closing time. I walked in and instantly I knew I should've turned around but I really needed a pedicure, my feet were pretty bad. The lady here was barefoot, sitting in a pedicure chair, on the phone and eating something out of her bowl with her bare hands. With a mouthful of food she asked me what I needed. She then set me up on a chair and turned the water on. Now most places but a bit in rock salt or fizzies in the water. She didn't do that. She was very distracted, didn't even put gloves on! Im guessing the phone conversation was more important than a paying customer. She cut/cleaned my nails, buffed them and cut the cuticles and then proceeded to put her finger in her mouth to get a piece of food out from her teeth. Ewww. Went there for over a year when the guy manager was there. He left and the new lady is just awful. Doesn't acknowledge you or when she does she says it will be five minutes and it's like 45 min wait time. She also is careless and cuts off part of your skin and even though you scream out in pain and begin to bleed she giggles and sprays your wound with burning alcohol. Never going back there again! Just moved to the area looking for a nail salon went in yesterday.Before she was finished I was already dissatisfied but I didn't want to be rude so I paid and tipped her although she didn't deserve it.My nails were filed and left looking like duck feet even when I gave her a picture of how I wanted them to look. With in 20 mins of leaving the salon my thumb nail was already broken I didn't bother going back because she had already did a terrible job.Don't recommend this place to anyone If you can't produce quality you have no business running a business. If you prefer dirty, smelly places where no one speaks English and pretends like you're not even there, then this place is for you. I stopped in here because it's close to where I live and right next to the tanning salon I go to. It was a big mistake. Cheap, but you pay for what you get, not even... At first glance I liked it. They have great pedicure chairs and manicure chairs. They even have two hello kitty pedi chairs for the little ones. Both the pedicurist and the lady doing my acrylics cut me, twice each. Neither were very apologetic. The lady doing my hands was on the phone the whole time. Hands down, the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon in my life. Majestic nails is close to work so I figured why not. I'll tell you exactly why not.1) Literally the most unprofessional staff/ owner of any establishment I've ever visited! The manicurist had her daughter on speaker-phone the entire time she was doing my nails. They proceeded to have an argument over the phone upon which another daughter interjected- very uncomfortable. Later, the manicurist literally turned her swivel chair and did her daughter's nails while I was sitting there while the phone is still on my station on speaker-phone. 2) Rude! I understand a language barrier and lord knows that I would have issues in another country, but to be down right rude to a paying customer is absolutely unacceptable. I have fairly short nails and I was going in for a gel manicure, something that I've been doing for quite some time. I have never felt like such an inconvenience to someone for having short nails. Apparently, I was preventing her from being able to do her job and she didn't shy away from letting me forget it as she brought it up several times. 3) Unhygienic! No tools were cleaned or sanitized upon my arrival. Though it's hard to find a place around here that takes leaps and bounds toward cleanliness, this was ridiculous. The absolute last straw was when the manicurist took rubbing alcohol from an old pill bottle. I'm by no means a snob, but that's absolute absurd and disgusting.4) Crap Job! Everything else would have been alright if the nails actually looked good. I certainly wouldn't return but oh well, at least my nails are painted and good for a few weeks. When I went before and the young girl who did my toes was amazing! She is the one who looks like a teenage but I don't remember her name. I went again today and probably won't come back. My boyfriend paid for me to get a full set and pedicure. That fill was the worst! The lady was on the phone most of the time and filed too far down onto my nails with the pedal machine they use, that she cut my skin and made me jump back almost swinging cause it hurt that bad. On top of that they were rushing. I told them to take their time but I think because my boyfriend ask how long it would take they probably thought he wanted me to be ready in the hour they told him. This place SUCKS!!!!! Just paid $50 for shit nails! The girl I had was doing good then they got another client so the man (owner I suppose) can over and took over painting my nails, they are gel nails and he did it so fast they look like shit, I said something to him he said no that's fine if they mess up come back!!!!! WTF! I did not sit there 2 hrs to come back. My nail is clearly screwed up because he did not let it dry properly and he looked at it and said its fine! No wonder they have no business!!!!!
