Went for a pedicure and manicure. I picked the $50 Honeymoon pedicure which included a free manicure. I was told by the girl that a gel manicure holds better than a regular one. ( about 2 weeks). I was told it was $20 extra if I want a gel manicure. $20 on top of a regular manicure price. I went with the gel manicure. 4 days later, here is my gel manicure. You will see there is a bump also on the chipped nail. Thank you very much for a bill of $75 dollars for a pedicure and a gel manicure. Please note that the pedicure was $50 and $20 extra for gel. Somehow my bill came out at $75. Never coming back and I will never recommend. Very disappointing!!

first and last time there. went for coffin acrylic nails & left w duck beaks on my nails. The woman doing my nails was rushing through and made little to no effort to shape up the set.

I've never been so disappointed in a pedicure. The girl that actually did my pedicure didn't speak a lick of English or understand anything I said. She did a very quick job at cleaning my toenails my cuticles or taking care of the bottom of my feet. If I had paid $20 for the pedicure I might not have been so upset but it was a $40 charge and not to mention the fact that when I walked in the door there's a sign that says right on their desk to tip in cash how tacky is that. I will never return and I was recommended to come here I was told they give the best pedicures what a disappointment. Maybe if you lowered your prices and worked on customer service you wouldn't have had six to seven nail techs sitting around yakking and they'd actually be making money because I would think you'd want customers to return not one time clients.

My daughter and I were very pleased with Michelle and Gina's professionalism as nail and spa specialists. They were very kind and attentive. They treated my daughter like a princess, since we were getting Manis and pedis for her birthday, and she was very happy with the results. I still think the price is like most places a bit pricy, but they did include a lot more perks for the experience than others. I would go again, if we lived closer.
Today, a year later! I wanted to pamper myself and this time Liz and Nicole did my SNS tips and a wonderful Deluxe Pedi. The service was wonderful! I loved how they added the neck and upper back massage after the ManiPedi it was truly a treat! Check out my nails and toes in a beautiful glamorous pink.
Today, 04/07/18 I was able to get SNS on my own nails with Lindsey. She did an awesome job and she is great to chat with, always kept me laughing. God bless her! I love my nails, always helps when they treat you like a princess.

If you are looking for your eyebrows to be threaded DO NOT GO HERE. I felt every time she nicked me and the next day when everything was puffy I could see all of her mistakes. She also used an essential oil that made me sick to my stomach. I will NEVER go back here. NEVER.

My daughter went to get a new full set done. She wanted acrylic w/ a French manicure. She showed the nail tech what she wanted, almond shape natural looking nails. The tech did not file her natural nail down, didn’t clean her nails or remove the light color nail polish she had in her original nail before applying the acrylic. They put on pink acrylic, and painted the tips white. The finished product was hideous with noticeable bubbles showing through. The shape was square-round and thick, nothing like what she requested. She went back 2 days later after I encouraged her to go, and had them “fixed”. They looked the same. They charged her $45 for ridiculous nails. I would never recommend anyone go to this amateur nail salon. Too bad I didn’t have the option to pick “0” stars, because they don’t even deserve 1 star.

Spent $85 plus $17 tip for mani and pedi. Nails are lumpy and cracked after 2 days. Went in to have it corrected and they told me this is how they are supposed to look. I've had my nails done every 2 ...
Spent $85 plus $17 tip for mani and pedi. Nails are lumpy and cracked after 2 days. Went in to have it corrected and they told me this is how they are supposed to look. I've had my nails done every 2 weeks for the last 10 years and never had them look like Lima beans as they do now. Don't recommend. Mani pedi took 2 hours.

I was recommended and VERY disappointed. There was a chalkboard out front that said, free manicure with deluxe pedicure. I had asked about it when I sat down and the lady handed me a paper. That is only Monday and Wednesday (it was Saturday). And she said in order to get the heals done I would have to of had the Green Tea pedi (everywhere I have ever been heals are included). I had to come home and do my own heals. there were terrible. My big toe has a sore, and is swollen and throbbing this morning from the tools she was using. My nails are done (painted), just down the center, not to the edges. Looks hideous. It was so rushed. Just left me at the drying station never coming back to check on me and I had to wait at the counter more than 10 minutes to pay. This was more than double of what I have spent anywhere else and just terrible results and customer service. 2 ladies getting pedis sitting there as you walk in with a bottle of wine.
I will never go back nor would I recommend them. $70 spent

Love this place! They offer you a drink and give you a shoulder massage after. Extremely clean and relaxing. I've been going here for about a year and even got a couple friends that started going there too. They all love it. They even gave them a $10 coupon to come back.

Went for a pedicure and manicure. I picked the $50 Honeymoon pedicure which included a free manicure. I was told by the girl that a gel manicure holds better than a regular one. ( about 2 weeks). I was told it was $20 extra if I want a gel manicure. $20 on top of a regular manicure price. I went with the gel manicure. 4 days later, here is my gel manicure. I've never been so disappointed in a pedicure. The girl that actually did my pedicure didn't speak a lick of English or understand anything I said. My daughter and I were very pleased with Michelle and Gina's professionalism as nail and spa specialists. They were very kind and attentive. They treated my daughter like a princess, since we were getting Manis and pedis for her birthday, and she was very happy with the results. I still think the price is like most places a bit pricy, but they did include a lot more perks for the experience than others. I would go again, if we lived closer.
