I waited to leave a review in hopes things changed after using lots and lots of purple shampoo. I was also told I would wake up and it'd be blonde one day...not the case unfortunately (nor possible). After three visits (one to start, second to correct, third to correct) and spending near $500 I still have to pay someone to fix my color...Id appreciate a refund or at least half back considering I'm currently orange/yellow...the exact color I pleaded to avoid from the start and said I did NOT want to end up with. Staff is nice, and I realize it takes time to go from brunette to blonde, but I shouldn't have taken the risk and should have gone to a place where someone has lots of experience. I specifically voiced concerns at the start of the process and desire for a well experienced beautician due to the drastic change request and wanting to avoid what I now am dealing with...I can't say I'm happy with the results at all...the lighting in the salon made me think it had been somewhat corrected but unfortunately it is not (awful lighting in salon). I've changed my make up, got a tan, and anything I could to take attention away from the mess of a color I now have. If you're needing a quick trim, these ladies are great. I don't recommend this salon unless you want to throw away a lot of money and end up with hair color that does not look flattering. Thankfully I pushed and requested olaplex to keep my hair from breaking as badly...but it wasnt recommended by staff and required me advising what was needed on my hair. I was told it would take two visits to get me blonde...three later I'm still orange. The beautician and manager who did my hair were very nice, really wish I could leave a better review. Read Less

I am quite disappointed. I have been here three times total with the same stylist. The first two times she was wonderful... but today.. no words. I left the salon, and my hair immediately frizzed up. Hair still felt oily... just very unpleasant. I would like a refund to be quite honest:( Read Less

I haven't lived here long and the first haircut I got I wasn't very happy with. I read reviews about Christine at this salon and they were all great so I decided to make an appointment with her. I contacted her beforehand to discuss what I wanted and what went wrong with the first cut I had gotten. She listened to everything and took her time with my cut to make sure I was ok with anything she was doing. Will definitely be back!! Read Less

This was my first time at this Aveda Salon! And I loved it! I highly recommend Christine Cali! She's the best!! She was so sweet and listened to what I wanted and delivered! I absolutely love the way she did my hair. I got the perfect blonde highlights with some pastel colors and she did it exactly the way I wanted. She also put a damage treatment on my hair which made my hair super soft even after all that bleach on it! She is also super flexible and can work with your schedule. Labrasha was amazing with my hair! I went in expecting to receive professional advice to cut at least five inches off of split ends. Instead, to my relief, she advised me to do a botanical treatment.
