I have been to this shop twice (3rd time will be later today) and they are the absolute best. The atmosphere is very welcoming. This salon is amazing. I went there back in 2013 on accident, and since then I haven’t gotten my nails done anywhere else. They have amazing service, the staff is personable, and they get to know you. I walk in and my manicurist instantly asks about my sister. I have found a new nail salon home!  Christine is a rockstar.  She is super professional and very personable.  Her work is impeccable and I am very particular!  The gel polish selection is expansive and very up to date with all the latest colors.   This was my second time at this salon and I will be back again for sure!!! I have been a loyal customer of this salon for about 1.5 years, and have not been tempted to go anywhere else for my gel manicure and spa pedicure. Chau is my man and I'm weary of giving too many praises for fear of his availability dwindling because of this review! Anybody that knows me well, knows that I like to keep my nails looking nice 24/7. I'm also very particular about my nails and all it took was for Chau to do my nails once, and I've never had to correct him again. He is always on point and will go above and beyond to ensure his clients are happy. In short, although the place isn't the fanciest, the ladies and gentleman that work there aim to please. The atmosphere here is far from relaxing, as it's a large salon that's always very busy. I would be willing to overlook that drawback if I could consistently receive a quality pedicure. However, that's not the case. The pedicure from my first visit lasted almost a month. So, I willingly returned. Unfortunately, it's been less than 24 hours and I'm already wishing I could replace the polish. Both of my big toes are smudged and most of my little toes are insufficiently polished. Very poor service, this is my second and last visit...had a 1:30 appointment to have an manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow waxing..the nail tech that serviced me wasn't experienced didn't know how to do a basic French manicure... I had to wait for someone else to fishish where she couldn't then they tell me everyone is busy and I would have to wait to have my manicure and eyebrows done it is now 3:30 2 hours later and I'm restless at this point and ended up leaving without having my manicure and eyebrow waxing...manager was very nonchalant and unproffessional about accommodating my situation...I will never step foot in this establishment again total waste of my time and this is the second time I've had a bad experience with them Read Less

This salon is in decline. I had been a loyal customer for years until this weekend. I finally had it. I went every two weeks and typically had at least an ok experience the last few times, but not great like years ago. The place has been going down hill lately and it seems to just be based in pure greed and a disregard for decent customer service. I waited patiently for about 15 minutes for a mani pedi... I soak... I wait ... I drink champagne and wait for the next available tech... that's ok so far. I'm not impatient and it is first-come, first-served.Several other clients came in after me, one sees the line and decides that she would prefer to leave and come back after running some errands. The manager (Christine) chases her halfway down the stairs and begs her to stay. The woman running errands and I wait another 15-20 minutes and chat while seated side by side. She is a pleasant woman, but a bit perturbed that the promised 15-minute wait had now doubled for me and looks like it will be longer than promised for her. She made it clear she would just come back later. Finally my turn comes, but the next nail tech is directed to the woman who wanted to run errands that came in 15 minutes AFTER me. That's right... 3 people were skipped in line. The woman running errands kindly insists that I go first several times and says that I had been waiting longer. The nail tech continues to service the other woman as Christine sits directly across from us without intervening, explaining or apologizing at all.  Her thought seemed to be that if you're soaking you must be staying no matter how poorly you're treated. It was a complete attitude of disregard. I LEFT. If you can literally run after 1 client halfway out the door, you can open your mouth to apologize or at least attempt to rectify a situation with a regular client.I walked 2 blocks south to A-list nails and had a wonderful experience. My favorite former nail tech now works there and he does amazing work, the massage chairs are newer, the wine is served in real glasses and the people working there are polite, don't rush and respect the customers. The quality of Bruce's work has always been absolutely impeccable. You can get a month out of his gel manicures and the shine is noteworthy. I had asked about him several times, but never knew what happened to him. I'm glad to have found him again and will be going back to A-list nails and avoiding this declining salon. Read Less

I went here for the first time on a Sunday evening. We arrived around 5:30 and we're greeted right away. I told the gentleman what I was getting and was told to pick a color.  I was then  led to the pedicure chair. There wasn't a wait at all. When I got settled in the chair I was offered wine, water, etc. The young lady who did my pedicure did an exceptional job. She was gentle, thorough and paid great attention to detail. I forget her name but I will definitely go back to her. Christine did my full set. There was a delay with her getting started because she's in such demand. We started out great. She was very accommodating and made sure I was pleased with the job she was doing. We had a misunderstanding at the end but we were able to resolve the issue and laugh about it.Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for good service.
