I went to see Joy for a bikini wax, eyebrow wax, and regular pedicure. It was my first bikini wax so I was prepared for an awkward and painful experience. While it was obviously not delightful, I was so comfortable with Joy and she did an amazing job on both my eyebrows and my bikini line. She made me feel so at ease and had great conversation. Terrible experience! They didn't use enough wax for bikini wax and I've literally a huge purple bruise. And on top of that I'm completely uneven!!!! Waxed my mustache line and there are still stubbles. I'm so angry.Read Less

After Qi Spa cancelled our appointment two days before valentines day my gf and i scheduled an appointment at Joy's. We had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and attentive. They served us tea and talked with us the whole time. My girlfriend says this is the best nail salon she has been to. I went for a refill of solar nails and inquired on the phone before making my appointment that the salon provides this service. When I arrived, Joy indicated they rarely do solar nails but her nail tech can do them. It was quickly apparent the nail tech had NO previous experience with solar nails. I stayed and endured the lengthly process hoping for a positive outcome. I was overcharged and very dissappointed in the quality of service. I left and the nails immediately warped. I had to locate another salon to completly remove all the bad product and sit for another set of nails. My recommendation: Do not bring in clients whom you cannot provide quality service. Read Less
