I have really pampered myself at  SPA  Logic today!  I enjoyed the body massage ( deep tissue) by Sarah and she is " super" professional!  I will take a course from her in future,  very satisfying massage I had ! Keep it up Sarah , you are the best!After the massage, then I proceed to a facial ;  it's not bad ! Then , the last part is I have my  Medicure  n pedicure done by Cindy. She is very gentle n friendly, I'm very satisfied to see my nails perfectly done with my favorite color - purple! I  also have my hair done  by Mily , she is so friendly  n patiently to check on my hair .  She likes to do something new to her clients each time on  their next visit!  I'm so so happy to find a new spot  to beautify myself! I always used to like this place, by slowly, the service has declined. I've been going here for about a year, and it used to be quality service. Since, the early spring, though, they are just rush through the process (especially with pedicures) or they take forever and don't pay attention to detail.In addition, the new front desk woman (while extremely organized and coordinates the salon well to get people in for appointments quickly) is frankly not friendly. :( she's pushy and impatient when you're asking questions, and when service isn't good, she isn't concerned.So sad to see this place decline for pedicures in particular, but if you need a good quick gel manicure and don't need it to be stellar, then it works in a pinch. Today was my second time visiting. The first trip was great so I decided to venture back to Dupont circle for another spa pedicure and manicure. The second experience was horrible. The technician didn't rush but neglected several steps of the pedicure leaving the soles of my feet dry and peeling. The polish on my toes is uneven and already peeling!My nails are another horror story. The same tech cleaned up my nails (didn't have me wash my hands), rubbed on some lotion (no massage or anything), wiped it off and proceeded to paint my nails. He left me at the chair to dry with a table fan and as my nails were drying, I notice bubbles and cracks in the polish. He was unavailable to help so another tech came over and tried to clean them up. She walked me over to the actual nail dryers and because of the extra coats, a simple manicure took about 90 minutes and three people. Not to mention, they STILL look horrible. The polish is super thick on some nails, cracked and peeling on others. Very disappointed and unlikely to return. Read Less

What a GREAT place!!!! I just had my first and BEST spa pedicure by Jessica and she is FABULOUS!!!! My legs and feeg feel lighter and more rejuvenates than ever. The spa pedicure is a joke. I had one of the men at the nail studio and he did a terrible job. The paint is chipping after 2 days, the color is dull and painted on in an uneven way, the cuticles were not pushed or cut, and the massage was laughable, and the price exorbitant for what the service was ($48). The place smells of chemicals and is little more than a cramped basement. The two stars is for the welcoming girl at the door who gets an A+ for customer service skills. Read Less

Amazing service, amazing work, they take their time and make sure your nails come out perfect. I came late and was accommodated with no problem. I received a Groupon for Mothers Day and was not expecting the quality of service that I received. My visit started with an exceptional Reflexology massage from "SARA", followed by a soothing facial with "SUSAN". I was then escorted downstairs where I had a glass of white wine while I enjoyed my Pedicure with "SOPHIE" and a Manicure with "JESSIE"? SORRY cause I know i butchered her name. You guys took exceptional care of me and treated me with the best customer care I have ever received in a nail salon thus far.... THANKS FOR SUCH A GREAT, SOOTHING AND RELAXING EXPERIENCE!!!!!
