They are the worst - I’ve been three times now. The first two times, the cheap polish for a gel manicure lasted less than two weeks - my mother had a similar experience. The third time I entered the shop at 7:21 (the close at 8), they told me to have a seat and then proceeded to tell me that they don’t have time for a regular manicure. The level of rudeness (on top of the cheap products) will ensure that I never go back again. I am very picky about nail salons. After being a faithful customer at another nail salon for years, I stopped going due to poor customer service. In just one visit at Tulip, I can definitely say I am going to be a regular. I came in to get my eyebrows done, and they came out PERFECT! My experience at Tulip Nails was so great. I was in desperate need for a fill after calling and driving to 4 different nails shops. I was lucky enough to get accepted by them at 7 15pm. I was greeted by kimberly which was so kind and polite. A nail technition named Nikki finished my fill and I am very satisfied . I was the last customer to leave and not only did she not rush me but she did a great job. Im sure she is going to be great at whatever she decides to do in life whether it be a biologist like she is in school for or owning her own nail salon. Thanks Nikki . I am pissed off with this place!! I've had 3 nails break in one week and when I spoke to Katie about fixing it & if I could get a discount on a fill-in she refused!! That is ridiculous!! I will never come back again!!! I have coworkers that sometimes go there I'll make sure they will never come back again!!!!!!!! Ever!!!! They all need to learn professionalism and have more appreciation and respect for their loyal customers!! Also, try speaking more English!! Used to go here several years ago in high school without any major issues. Returned this past weekend for a pedicure and the nail tech dug in too close to the nail bed and nicked me pretty good. Wound up with a nasty toenail infection and had to have a slice of my toenail removed by a podiatrist this morning. Obviously not returning. Read Less

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went there to get eyelash extensions last week and I know the risk if they aren't cared for properly, but what if they aren't applied properly? The lady that did the application glued half of them to my eyelids not my lash line. When I was done I felt pinching and stabbing in my eyes but she told me it would go away when the glue was completely dry. It did not. I woke up the next day with swollen eyes and the worst stabbing pain that caused a headache. I went back first thing in the morning, an hour before my nephews christening and asked if she could remove them. She said it takes 30 min to let the remover sit on your lashes and you cant open your eyes at all. I figured i'd have enough time. She put me in a room and shut the door. With no sense of time I laid there for some time without being checked on. Finally I had to bang on the wall a few times to get someones attention. The lady came in apologizing to me SHE HAD FORGOTTEN I WAS IN THERE!!!!! It was 1 hour and 20 min later !!! I was missing my nephews christening!!! I told her I needed to go and that she needed to speed up the process but she couldn't even get the lashes off! I asked for a refund and she started YELLING in my face while i'm still on the table that they don't do refunds. These people are rude, unskilled, and bad business. This was the worst experience I've ever had getting my nails done. I got both a manicure and a pedicure. The pedicure was fine. The manicure (with acrylic nails) was horrible! I had to pull my hand back numerous amounts of times because it hurt so badly. When the woman would wipe excess polish or acrylic material, she would dig her long nails into my skin, to the point that I would cringe and pull my hand back. Several times when she used the electric nail filer for the tops of the nail, she would hit my skin, once so badly that i started to bleed. Hopefully their equipment is taken well care of and disinfected. My finger still stings hours later when I wash my hands or eve touch it. I will never be attending this facility again, and would never recommend anyone to try it. Read Less

Everyone here is very friendly and professional, the salon is always clean, and I have no problem being seen quickly even as a Walk-In.I have been helped my several different manicurists for both pedicures and gel and I have always been happy with the outcome! I have gone here for years. I even went to them before all my proms in 2005 and 2006. I love them in high school because the service was amazing, the location was right on 202, and they were affordable. Recently though, I have gone there because the prices are still great, but the service has been awful. With a packed room of customers, the manager was yelling on the phone to a previous customer who was unsatisfied. Totally unprofessional. And the last time, the female doing my finger nails' cuticles, cut my fingers right near my nail beds from pushing too hard. I think I am done with this place. Read Less
