Very high end establishment and very friendly and courteous. But they did a horrible job on my pedicure. I only came here because I was pressed for time.I could have went elsewhere and paid less for full service and higher quality. Try Kim's Nail Salon in Eden Square. Ask for Tina, she is amazing!!

Service was prompt, and Savette was very friendly and knowledgeable. She did a great job with my pedicure, and even accommodated my last minute request to add an express mani. There she performed a minor miracle by making this habitual nail-biter’s hands look close to normal. This was my first visit to Polished but I will definitely be back.

To make it clear you must make an appointment or they will probably tell you to come back hours from that time.... made an appointment yesterday for today and built my day around it and they didn't have it in the system and told me to come back hours from now.... which has to be a joke. I loved this salon and always got great service but their customer service is really lacking and they are clearly disorganized! Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else more organized if you're looking for a nicer more expensive salon, or maybe call and confirm a few times before you waste your time or build you day around it!

If you’re a natural nails kinda gal this is your place! Easy to find location, street parking was pretty carefree as well. They have a vast collection of Essie and OPI polishes. Easy to make appointment online. The only thing that I didn’t like is you can’t tip on cards. They also have signage encouraging cash payment. But no atm. The tipping part is very inconvenient! I suggest they make that known on their website and even include it on the confirmation email when you make an appointment so ppl can be prepared. It’s not only inconvenient but pretty embarrassing. Other than that the place is cute, has friendly staff and functions efficiently. Definitely recommend.

Had a great time with my daughter at a girls birthday party. The staff was really good with them and were pretty easy-going about having eight mostly 4 and 5 year olds in the salon. They did have other customers while we were there and the space got a bit cramped, so if something like that would bother you while you're having your nails done, I'd check with them on a weekend if there will be a party that day. But I don't imagine they host that many parties there.

Seemed great. Got a gel manicure and a express pedi on saturday, overall happy. The next day my grl manicure started to chip, when they are supposed to last 2 weeks, then two days later the whole polish popped right off. When i called to express my concern i was spoken to in a very rude tone and basically rushed off the phone. Needless to say i will never return. I do not recommend this nail salon

Love this place! The only place I've found in Delaware that does a quality job at a reasonable price. And by reasonable -- I'm not saying it's cheap, but it seems fair for the quality of service and atmosphere.+ Soothing atmosphere+ Friendly staff+ Very clean+ They take reservations+ Natural nails only -- no acrylics+ Nice job on nails, and they last as long as they shouldBecause good salons are hard to come by in the area, they book up, so it's important to make a reservation. Bring cash for tips.Would LOVE to see a Polished Salon open in Newark, DE! We need you!

Service was prompt, and Savette was very friendly and knowledgeable. She did a great job with my pedicure, and even accommodated my last minute request to add an express mani. There she performed a minor miracle by making this habitual nail-biter’s hands look close to normal. This was my first visit to Polished but I will definitely be back.

If you’re a natural nails kinda gal this is your place! Easy to find location, street parking was pretty carefree as well. They have a vast collection of Essie and OPI polishes. Easy to make appointment online. The only thing that I didn’t like is you can’t tip on cards. They also have signage encouraging cash payment. But no atm. The tipping part is very inconvenient! Had a great time with my daughter at a girls birthday party. The staff was really good with them and were pretty easy-going about having eight mostly 4 and 5 year olds in the salon.
