The people are very nice and skilled! It wasn't terrible but it wasn't good either. It's the cleanliness of this place.... I won't go again. - The Ceiling Tiles are falling out and stained - The bathroom is used as storage and gross - You are blown away by the smell of acetone, there is definitely not enough ventilation in there. I left light headed. - They spray the tools with Alcohol instead of using UV before using them on your hands. - I feel like I needed a shower after Some people love this place though and don't worry about all of the rest of the stuff. Racial profiling. I've witnessed numerous incidents of customers paying different prices based on age, gender, race and "social status". Its disgusting to know you're paying one price and the person next to you is charged totally different for the exact same service. Though I loved the technician who serviced me, I couldn't in good faith continue to patronize a business who discriminated and charged different prices simply based on what they felt they should pay. I do not frequently write reviews, but in this instance I would like to warn other individuals before giving this establishment your money. I hate to complain because I realize that in every business there will be an "off day" however, even after two weeks, my nails are still unpaintable and sore so I still feel compelled to write a warning for others looking to visit here. A few weeks ago I went into the salon (with two other girls) to get a gel manicure and a polish change on my toes. The wait was unnecessarily long and people who had arrived after us were taken in before us. My polish change on my toes was horrendous. I had paint on my skin and spots missing on nearly every toe. The worst aspect of my experience was the removal of my gel from my nails. The nail tech wrapped my fingernails with the foil to remove the nails but only left the foils on for approximately 5 min. She then tried to buff the nails off although the foils were not left on long enough to enable the gel to lift from my nails. She cracked and ripped all ten of my finger nails off and left them short and broken. My nails were throbbing for weeks because she used the buffing tool on my nails and made them incredibly thin. I told her three times she was hurting/burning me and only when i pulled my hand away did she slow down. I did not end up getting my nails repainted because they were so sore. Therefore, I was not able to get my nails done for the special occasion I was headed to afterwards. On top of this experience, I was charged $14 for the removal/polish change. I realized later that I was overcharged. This was the worst experience I have ever had in any beauty salon. I would not recommend giving this business your money. Read Less

I got a pedicure here one time and it was ok. So I went back a second time and was put in a chair by a woman who also turned the water on. She left and I sat there for 20 minutes while others were sat. The women and men began working on people who came in after me. I dried my feet and walked to the front of the store to wait for my wife. No one spoke to me or asked what was wrong. When my wife finished her manicure we left, never to return. Absolutely displeased with this nail salon. I came here once and had great service from an elderly lady and an even better manicure. The next time I went I was served by a gentleman whose service wasn't spectacular and I had to repaint my nails when I got home Bc they weren't fully painted and had bubbles. I went today and the service was awful. The lady cut my hand and when I pulled away and said ouch she just grabbed my hand and got back to work, didn't apologize or anything. Then when I got up to wash my hands the lady who was serving me whispered to the person next to her in a different language and the entire staff started laughing (literally a walk of shame). I've never felt so disrespected and unappreciated by a service that I'M paying for. Absolutely will never go back again and I do not recommend it. Read Less

I really want to give this place at least 4 stars. I've had quite a few amazing experiences at this place- the guy who's there does a great job and he's so friendly and kind. I get my eyebrows done here and they do a good job, but tonight I had such a horrible experience I can't possibly go back. The girl who did my nails was so rude. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to put the tip on the card, she argued with me about how much glitter polish to put on one of my nails, and the absolute worst part was that she sneezed on her hand and then kept doing my nails like it was nothing. Rude and disgusting. I can't possibly recommend a place where customers are treated like that. Which is so sad cause I thought I found a good nail salon. Guess I'll have to keep looking. Read Less
