First time going to Regal Nails, because my typical salon was extremely busy. I got a pedicure which turned out not so good (nail polish half done, it looks terrible), than I got Arctic tips with Gel nail polish(the way it was explained to me) and I’m extremely unhappy with that because the nails are uneven in length, some nails are longer/shorter than others. And they are not shaped properly, some are round, some are half rounded. The other person i brought with me got a pedicure(no color) and a basic manicure(no color).. Total came out to $103... I was VERY UNHAPPY with that... I won’t be coming back, ive been to other salons and had the same thing with better service and it was never as expensive. I hated this place. First of all they made no attempt to create a conversation with me. My sister in law was with me and she has 2 month old baby and doesn't get out much so while she was getting her nails done her child needed to be breastfed and I requested that she run out for 15 mins to feed her and come back and it was the largest problem! I also requested that she doesn't pay the full price until her nails are completed because they made her come back the next day they rolled their eyes and continued to make her pay the full price for halfway done nails. I got my nails done on Sunday , by Monday the next DAY they were already lifting and had huge bubbles underneath. I went there to get my money back so I could get them fixed. HORRIBLE customer service , they were rude and yelling at me in front of their customers! They were saying they would not give me my money back. Called corporate no response back yet. They told me my nails looked perfectly fine. Never going there again. Waste of money!! Read Less
