Sugarcoat Nail Salon provides clients impeccable service. Jill is amazing for gel manicures and pedicures; every service I have gotten from her has been perfect. Everyone is so nice and very talented. I am extremely picky when it comes to my nail salons but this one passes every test. They have many different services so if you want a pedicure but don't want to spend a fortune there are less expensive options, like the "Sugar Rush" Pedicure. But if you want to treat yourself and splurge there are amazing options to chose from like the "Sugar Heel-Lalujah" pedicure. If you go on a Monday or Tuesday and enjoy massages-there is a woman who gives the BEST massages if you choose to get one. They are very reasonably priced and it is the best massage I have ever had. Loved my shellac pedicure! It lasted over a month! The girls are all friendly and were even joking with the store owner. It made me feel even more relaxed because I knew the employees there are happy and are treated right. The salon itself is just a salon but what I really appreciated was no chemical smell because hey don't do acrylic nails. As a pregnant woman, it was very important to me.Read Less

This salon has great reviews so I thought I gave it a try. I had a  decent experience when I was there except that the women doing my nails complained to me that she was staying late to do my nails. This was a scheduled appt...it's not like I just showed up. so if they don't want to stay until 6 for an appt then don't schedule it. I got a pedi and gel mani for a wedding 2 days away. Gel has always lasted me 2 weeks. This gel mani started chipping off 2 days later and I had chunks of polish missing by the time I went to the wedding. I sent an email and never heard back. Great spot for a treat for yourself. Everyone was nice, equipment was clean, and prices were reasonable. All the staff speak english, I didn't feel like I was being sold on unnecessary services. Called and sent an appointment for 5:30. Got there early (4:30) and I was taken care of right away. Also, the Polish was applied right up to the base of my nails, which I've gone to other salons and they didn't not get this close. This is my new go-to salon! Read Less

Great nail salon! I visited yesterday based on online reviews. Sugarcoat did not disappoint! From the owner to the technicians, everyone was warm, friendly, and very nice. This place is phenomenal! I've been away at school and have tried 3 different nail salons along route one north and none have been able to do decent gel, let alone a manicure! This place has only been open 2.5 years and is a little hidden in the shopping center. Definitely call ahead since they are constantly packed. I have to agree with the other reviews here, this place is great! I went to Polished Nails, down the street for a few years, but ever since they added appointments, to be seen as a walk-in you'll be waiting an hour easily. Plus they never knew my name.Sugarcoat, the owner Maria, knows your name and as soon as you walk in, she will say hi to you (by name). Now, I'm not new to manicures/pedicures but I am new to the other things nail salons have to offer. I've never been a girlie girl so there is a bunch I don't know. Here at Sugarcoat, I never feel judged. They want to educate you on the services they have to offer. The owner Maria, will go above and behind to make her customers satisfied. I speak from personal experience, when she tried to match my nail color to my toe nail polish; with a gel manicure. Taking the time, on her day off, to fix the issue.Also, they have a loyalty program!This is now the place I will be going to whenever I want my nails done. I love this place.  The girls are all so friendly and do a wonderful job. I get pedicures and what I like is that they have many options of pedicures.  They do not rush through as other salons do. Beautiful salon and I recommend to all my friends. I no longer have biscuit heels!! Read Less
