Have been here plenty of times and I really like it! I haven't come at a super busy time so there is typically no wait. My nails lasted 3 weeks before needing them to get touched up. My only negative is the amount of time it has taken for a tech to do my nails, over an hour (not any wait time) and the cost is on the higher end. Overall, a very good salon!

Not sure about the negative reviews but being a review for my first time experience I was beyond pleased. My tech was super nice, and did the best pedicure I’d say I’ve ever had. I was super happy with the hot stone massage that came with it. Don’t let the negative reviews push you away from wanting to try this place out. I will be coming back again.

Walking in I thought it would be a great experience but when I got a pedicure it was very short, felt like the lady just wanted to rush and get it over with so she could go on her phone. She was very hard to understand and not very friendly or nice. None of the staff was very nice or friendly. Will not be coming back.

Used to come all time and used to be great. Super rude last time in was in and told me there was wait even though I called and had appt. Won't be going back. The time before we also had an appointment and the pedicure was about five min long and the wait was 30 or more even with appt. There's no point in making an appointment.

Only place that could fit me in today without an appointment and without a long wait. Wait was about 5 minutes before someone could do my nails. I got a gel manicure that was done very efficiently. Technician was friendly and nice. It's obvious with the way people were greeted and treated that quite a few were returning customers. Will stop by again in the future if I happen to be in the area. Pricing for the gel manicure was less than others in the area that I looked up. Would have given my visit 5 stars but the technician nicked one of my cuticles. :(

I have been coming to this salon since they opened & absolutely love it! Great atmosphere & everyone is extremely friendly! Love the variety of gel polishes.....my manicures last 2-3 weeks, usually 3 weeks & their pedicures are awesome! A basic pedicure includes a hot stone massage...my favorite! I switched from another salon that did natural nails to this salon after a recommendation and never looked back! There's rarely a wait, and they always find a way to fit me in if I don't make an appointment. The techs are so friendly! I have crazy cuticles that grow so fast - the techs always take their time to ensure my nails are perfect. Never any short cuts. The gel color selection is really extensive, which I appreciate. Prices are reasonable as well! Highly recommended.

The prices are reasonable and it's a nice added factor that they are next to Starbucks :)When you go ask for Tina, she's awesome!

I was going to this salon for a few months. The last time, my technician stated she had a terrible headache and was sick. She tore up my heels so badly that it was necessary to put antibiotic on them. I called the owner to complain and sent pictures and the only response I received was hmmm, hmmm. She made no offer to make things right by bringing me in to look at them, no offer to speak with the individual, no offer for treatment of my heels. Also, one of the other techs had her entire upper lip covered with cold sores. I think I need to find another salon my attentive to hygiene.

Have been here plenty of times and I really like it! I haven't come at a super busy time so there is typically no wait. My nails lasted 3 weeks before needing them to get touched up. My only negative is the amount of time it has taken for a tech to do my nails, over an hour (not any wait time) and the cost is on the higher end. Overall, a very good salon!

Not sure about the negative reviews but being a review for my first time experience I was beyond pleased. My tech was super nice, and did the best pedicure I’d say I’ve ever had. I was super happy with the hot stone massage that came with it. Don’t let the negative reviews push you away from wanting to try this place out. I will be coming back again.

Walking in I thought it would be a great experience but when I got a pedicure it was very short, felt like the lady just wanted to rush and get it over with so she could go on her phone. She was very hard to understand and not very friendly or nice. None of the staff was very nice or friendly. Will not be coming back.

The time before we also had an appointment and the pedicure was about five min long and the wait was 30 or more even with appt. There's no point in making an appointment.

Only place that could fit me in today without an appointment and without a long wait. Wait was about 5 minutes before someone could do my nails. I got a gel manicure that was done very efficiently. Technician was friendly and nice. It's obvious with the way people were greeted and treated that quite a few were returning customers. Will stop by again in the future if I happen to be in the area. Pricing for the gel manicure was less than others in the area that I looked up. Would have given my visit 5 stars but the technician nicked one of my cuticles. :(

I switched from another salon that did natural nails to this salon after a recommendation and never looked back! There's rarely a wait, and they always find a way to fit me in if I don't make an appointment. The techs are so friendly! I have crazy cuticles that grow so fast - the techs always take their time to ensure my nails are perfect. Never any short cuts. The gel color selection is really extensive, which I appreciate. Prices are reasonable as well! Highly recommended.

I was going to this salon for a few months. The last time, my technician stated she had a terrible headache and was sick. She tore up my heels so badly that it was necessary to put antibiotic on them. I called the owner to complain and sent pictures and the only response I received was hmmm, hmmm. She made no offer to make things right by bringing me in to look at them, no offer to speak with the individual, no offer for treatment of my heels. Also, one of the other techs had her entire upper lip covered with cold sores. I think I need to find another salon my attentive to hygiene.
