My daughter had gel nails applied for her prom. They added tips to give her the length she needed. She had one fill after prom and decided it was too expensive to continue. She returned to have them removed for what she thought would be done correctly and professionally. Instead he popped off the tips and used them to pry off the gels...along with part of her nails. The gel sets and fills I received were beautiful but when I went to take them off they didn't do it correctly and in turn ruined my nail beds they are white, spotty, and cracked. They didn't file the gel off but used a nail tip to crack off the nails causing divots and ridges. Read Less

Went in for a pedicure wait was 20min, I was going to leave because in a rush. Tiffany insisted on me getting a manicure and pedicure she came over looked at my nails told her I had gel polish also told her I didn't have the money to spend on both the gel manicure and a pedicure so I would do regular polish. Said I will do the manicure pedicure that is for $35 she handed me the gel colors I told her again I don't want to spend the money on the gel! She said this time OK manic...ure pedicure $35. Then rang my card up for $55 with tax came out to $58 and change then proceeded to tell me that it's not her problem that I should've known and that she had no idea what I was having done on top of that my toe polish and my nail polish are two totally different colors I will never go back there again she is horrible business owner! And for an owner to argue back with a customer telling her it's not her problem is absolutely ridiculous! I myself have two businesses and my family and I would never treat any of our customers the way that she did and I would never Foslie say to a customer a price and change it on them after card was swiped! They are always too busy, even when you have an appointment. They are pushy are spending more money than the service than you intended or additional services. I went elsewhere even though I was one of her first clients and i considered her a friend. Read Less

I love this nail salon. It is very clean inside and all of the technicians i've been to have been very friendly. Tiffany the owner is also super nice. Most importantly my nails always come out amazing! They are a little on the slower side here but I think it's because they like to take their time and make sure your nails come out perfect. Will never go there again!!!! The lady did the worse job on my nails ( I got a basic gel fill ) she was mad when I told her I didn't want the gel nail polish she picked out (they charge more) I did bring my own favorite opi color.  Then realize when I got home I was overcharged for my nails! I happen to grab one of their pricing menus before I left and realize she charged me for a French manicure when all I got was a basic fill. Tiffanys nails is a perfect place to go and get your nails done. For everyone who thinks they had bad customer service is crazy. They are the friendliest people and are amazing at doing nails. My wife and her bff and my mother in law when here last night had an appointment at 530 they ended up leaving at 830pm. First of all it was my wife's birthday and she waited in the water bath for two hours... Her bff ended up bleeding from her pinkie toe and the customer service was horrible. After waiting for such a long time my wife was in tears on a day that should have been a great girls day ended up in total and utter disaster. After the owner saw this she promised her a flower and didn't even follow through. They ended up giving them 5 dollar off coupons on a return visit but they have to spend 30 on it, they paid 45 dollars per person for a three hour wait. Aside from the mall, I have not found a place that can do my nails without them lifting after a few days. I'm always willing to give new places a try, so I went to TIffany's a couple weeks ago. With the preparing for the holidays, I have had my hands in water more than usual washing dishes and cleaning - which is what they say causes lifting - and I have not had one nail even start to lift in 2 weeks. They look as good as the day got them done. I would recommend this salon to anyone. They are good at what they do and the place is fresh and clean. I will definitely be back! Read Less

The place should be called Perfecr Nails because everything Tiffant does is perfect such as nails, pedicures,waxing,permanent makeup. Tiffanys shop is the state of the art. Employees are very nice. Tiffany is the best at what she does. Go in there and say hello its worth the visit. Read Less
